Pizza Hut, Port St. Lucie FL

Best Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Perfectly cooked just like I remembered from the 80s. I don’t know how they do it but other Pizza Huts are just not the same. Thank you for cooking awesome pizza!

The staff was so kind, respectful, and sweet. Great family place. The waitress went out of her way to bring the child's left behind toy out to the parking lot.

It's sad to see these dine in huts go the way of the dinosaur and to be honest we are blessed to still have one in our local area with even a functioning drive through pick up which is super convenient. My fiancée and I dined in on 8/11/23. I ordered a medium pan extra cheese pizza and my fiancée ordered a stuffed crust supreme. Both pizza's came out hot, fresh and picture perfect. The service was spot on which I only wish I could remember our waitresses name to give her credit which I plan on getting on our next visit and will edit this with her name to give her recognition. Our drinks were refilled regularly and promptly and also checked on frequently. The atmosphere was presentable with still the hint of the 80's within which brings back memories. I do wish they still had the lunch buffet which you see the remnants of which now is used to hold pizza box's etc.which in my opinion the dining area shouldn't be used for storage but it didn't affect our experience. I do hope this dine in location continues to hang around for the years to come. No one out pizzas the hut.

I only went because my husband loves the personal pan pizza. But I could barely eat. The place was filthy and with how slow it is, it makes no sense that they can’t keep the place clean. As we were eating a cockroach crawled right past us. The staff are extremely nice but nice doesn’t protect me from food borne illnesses. This place should be shut down in my opinion.

Pizza was almost about cold I ordered something that was $24.99 and it came out to be $50 I'm not sure why it was that I asked for less sauce they gave me extra sauce I asked him for extra mushrooms I didn't get a hardly any mushrooms on my pizza the soda felt like when I opened it it was shooken up so what kind of went everywhere I asked for cheese sticks and I got garlic sticks just not happy with the pizza order that I got yesterday I'll give you two just because of pizza was cold the soda was soaking the honey did not there was no honey on the chicken it was supposed to be honey chicken but no it wasn't even that all I tasted was nothing but garlic and that's all I tasted so I'm giving you guys a two-star maybe next time you guys will probably do better

Food is always good from this store, always made right and on time. Customer service is amazing and the resteraunt is very clean, 10/10 would reccoment

This is such an awesome Pizza Hut. The food is ALWAYS so delicious and they get all of my custom orders right. Not to mention everyone is so sweet when we come by! Thanks for always being great! I always make a point to give a positive review via email after we have our food. Thanks for your consistency and A+ service!

Worst wings I have ever tried. Too tough and dry to consume. Must have sat around under a heat lamp for hours. A waste of $26. Totally disappointed.

I placed a delivery order and ordered your chicken buffalo melt, no Buffalo sauce came with it and I ordered your ultimate chocolate chip cookie and got your chocolate brownie instead. Spoke with a manager who said they were out of the cookie so they substituted it with the brownie. This is not Ok. I Called up the delivery service I used and complained and I was given a credit for the price of the cookie. I would have called to get a credit or refund anywhere if the cookie wasn't included but would have understood being out of something. I don't appreciate when a restaurant takes it upon themselves to replace something with a item that I didn't order.

I had the best little waitress in the dining room. Her name was jayda. She was the nicest young lady I have encountered working in the public in a long time! Very refreshing to see!

Extremely helpful and friendly. When something went wrong with a 3rd party delivery service, they quickly jumped into action and helped refill the order and get it out.
Not only did it come to me exactly as ordered, but hot and fresh.
You can’t beat their quality and assurance.

Ordered a cheese stuffed pizza at 1: 10pm. Was told it would take 15 minutes.

Paid for pizza at 1: 20pm inside, they said it’s oven and I’m next. Go outside to parking lot since wife and kids are in car, and I go back inside at 1: 30pm to check on progress.

The employee tells me the oven broke and burned the pizza and they would need to remake it which would take another 10 minutes.

My wife and kids in the car had unfortunately had a rough day between doctors visits and sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes. So we decide on a refund.

I go inside to complete the refund and what appeared to be a manager comes up to see what happened. He’s told the pizza issue, I explain about the kids in the car and I receive an apology from the counter lady.

The manager goes back to his table without saying a word to me, doesn’t offer anything for this issue not even a free breadstick with my next purchase.

Well there won’t be a next purchase because that’s 30 minutes I won’t get back.

In the past week my family has eaten at the Hutchinson shores resort and spa, Olive Garden in Jensen and key west diner on us 1. Absolutely no one cares about customer service anymore. EXCEPT for Diane. Such a sweetheart everytime we bring our daughter to get some pizza at this Pizza Hut. I don’t think my soda even gets to half before she grabs it and fills it. She’s always smiling. Such such such a sweetheart. Dory and Jennifer are great too. Just thank you to these ladies for just taking care of the people that sit down in their restaurant.

Don't know why they shifted a few customers to the take out window, but food came out hot. Is Pizza Hut starting to go drive through?
