Pizza Hut, Cape Coral FL

Slow drivers and bad customers service said the pizza on the way 35 mins ago but we only live 12 mins from the store and we call the store not picking up.

Horrible. Ordered online and clicked delivery. Added 6 percent for delivery tip and never received. Called an hr later and they said it was marked pickup. Disorganized business

Pizza hut has great pizza and always has it ready on time or delivers on time! Friendly delivery people too!

I'm really impressed with our local pizza hut off Santa Barbara Blvd. I ordered a very small order for two and everything was fresh and hot. The bread sticks are super fresh, and they didn't slack off on the parmesan mix topping on them. And the pizza was awesome! Not lacking in anyway. Plenty of sauce and cheese! Thank you pizza hut, we'll certainly order again from you!

I arrived to pick up a pizza. There's a sign out in front to text the word hot to the phone number listed. When I did I got a message back saying that they would deliver the pizza outside to my car as soon as it was ready identified color in my name and I waited. I waited for over 20 minutes I finally called my wife and she said it was supposed to have been ready 20 minutes earlier. They never brought it out and probably would not have brought it out if I hadn't gone back in and inquired as to how long it might take. If they can't bring the pizza out when it's ready they shouldn't have the sign up and have the customer go through all the trouble of texting.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I was so excited to find out when I moved I could order pizza hut deliverer. First you made it carry out, okay then I call to fix it. I hit 3 to leave a voice mail. Then I can't get help. You call the same 772 number again. Again another voice mail. Meanwhile my pizza just sitting there. Zero help from a human. All phone operators.why can't you just call the location and speak to someone?
Worst experience ever minus 50.81$$$

Order was done in a timely manner.
Pizza tasted great.
Staff was courteous and friendly.

Our order was correct, complete and delivered in a timely manner while still piping hot! What more can you ask for?

Pizza hut is my favorite. It brings me back memories of my childhood years trying stuffed crust pizza for the first time. I order from there because of all the memories it brings me.

Ordered delivery thinking they still had their own drivers, since they did the last time I ordered. They're now contracting out to Doordash. Big mistake. My pizza showed up gummy and cold 100 minutes after I ordered, and 60 minutes after it was picked up from the store. I called to ask for a refund and offered to drive and return the pizza, and the manager said he would process the refund without returning it (we'll see if that's true or not). I ordered dominos right after and had dominos pizza hot and fresh in 20 minutes. 3 stars because the issue is with using Doordash drivers, and not necessarily the food. Can't review the pizza if I didn't eat it.

Wish I could give half a star…. Terrible management and customer service. They forget part of my order and send me burnt bread sticks. When my wife called they tell her she needs to talk to door dash. We didn’t order from door dash she ordered directly from Pizza Hut and we shouldn’t have to call a third party THEY chose to use and waste our time. Laziness and absolutely zero attempt to solve my issue then placing me on hold to just ignore the call when I called back.

Ordered from here many times and never had a problem. Not this time…. An hour and a half after ordering I never received my food and then another half an hour later I get a text message from a random person that got delivered my food, I told them to keep it. You need to get better drivers who know what they’re doing. This is completely unacceptable.

I ordered over the phone. They were very helpful & professional. The order was pick-up. They had my food done on time & as ordered. I would highly recommend them for something for the family when you don't feel like cooking!

My orders with pizza hut are always delicious, with just the right amount of toppings and cheese.

Pizza was delivered hot and done perfectly! The driver was very courteous and opened the door for me and kept my dogs from getting out.

Drive up. Sat in car watching 4 employees chat away while I sat in the car waiting for some one to look out and see me waiting there. Ignore they can't hear me calling.
