Pizza Hut, Seffner FL

The online system was dow so I called. Told I for thewait but could not help me and fealtrcannot get any online deals and she proceed to take a call from a friend and told me to hang on. Then she said sorry for the wait. Really wanted pizza but not sure those people. Are the ones I want to order from

Placed an order for The Big New Yorker with double pepperoni. The pizza I received barely had pepperoni, let alone double! Called the Manager - Jennifer Sword at the MLK location. She indicated she could not address my issue since it was picked up by Uber Eats. When did Uber start MAKING the food? !? Poor Customer Service and a WASTE of money!

Been coming Here for years. Amazing service, Amazing food, everything all good. Today had one of the lowest. IQ cashier's ever argue with me over one of the silliest things ever! A sauce! Literally lip for lip. His gestures were completely unnecessary and i happily let him know. The manager came out, told the employee to stay in back, the employee followed and continued his nonsense. The manager just stayed frozen. I'm in the industry & when I come out or one of my managers, we de-escalate. If one of my employees ever came out and talked loud to a customer I'd dismiss them on the spot. Hence first issue in over 10 years at this location. This location needs more training.

Management and front counter man (never remembered his name) were so nice and sweet. They helped immediately rectify an issue for me. Pizza was amazing the night I got it. With the great service provided for an issue I will definitely go back. Hopefully the new POS system get easier:)

Awful pizza twice same terrible crust n no sauce barley meat toppings dry n crust so hard on the outside u could knock on it! Need new Management

This store has amazing customer service! The manager was so nice and went out of her way to make sure my order was corrected AND called me back personally to remind me about forgotten credits I had. Thanks again!

I've never had an order wrongly delivered. Everything has always been exactly what I ordered and delivered on time. Personnel have been great!

Food was delicious and the lady who took the order was so sweet and nice and the driver was polite and friendly

Went to this location yesterday. No one was in the lobby so I lightly said hello! Rachel came out of the restroom and immediately went straight to the register and asked my name. I asked her did she wash her hands and she said no she didn’t have time. That is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard. She is supposed to be the manager if that’s how the manager operates imagine how the rest of the employees are. I definitely called corporate. Love the Seffner location always clean, food there is THE BEST and so is the Service Rachel and the rest of the staff YOU ROCK!

Pizza and cheese bread arrived an hour after ordering, lukewarm, overcooked. Cheese was not melty, and pizza was hard.
Not worth a discount for future orders. Simply will not order again - never go wrong with Domino's.

Can’t go wrong with pizza in general I feel like, but would you ask for a light sauce and you get like three times the sauce I feel like it takes a little longer to eat and messy

One star because the pizza wasn't done and the pasta bowls was dried out because they had no protective coverings on them we had to throw our orders out. Very disappointed. We are done with Pizza. Hut.

Food delivered to the wrong hotel. Was alerted by the staff of the hotel that my food was there 30 min after it had been "dropped off". Would not recommend this location at this time.

So after placing an order online I realized I forgot to specify which campsite I was at within Layz Days so I called this Pizza Hut location. After waiting for 20 minutes on hold I was told my order would be eventually canceled as they do not deliver to the campsite. Rating this low based on service I received from the website not letting me know they don't deliver to this address and that i had to wait 20 minutes on hold to know we would never get our order.

Normally it's great. Hot fresh. On time. The last time was the worst. Cold food. No sealed boxes. Late delivery. We didn't even eat in the food. My husband threw it away. 60 dollars worth of food wasted

Manager is great, Clean restraurant, very friendly staff, I recommend this place to anybody! Thank you so much
