They messed up my order at the Weston, Florida location, and I know mistakes can be made, and that would have been ok.
What is not ok, is for the manager, or the lady in charge as she called herself to be nasty and make people feel un-welcomed.
Her response to making the wrong pizzas was: (and with really bad attitude) you placed the order online, what do you want me to do about it?
My response was: wow, that is not the response I was expecting, but I want you to make me the pizzas I ordered.
Her response: well we are busy, so you will have to wait at least 30 minutes, maybe even 45 minutes or more.my response: are you serious?
Her response: what is going to be? You want to wait or should I just cancel the order?
my response: please cancel my order.and can you please tell me your name? Yes, my name is Ines, she responded.
I asked her for my refund receipt, and I just left. I got in my car, placed my order with Domino's pizza, and by the time I got to Domino's, they actually greeted me nicely and with respect. I had to wait a couple of minutes, but I got the right order.
Sorry that I had to leave such a bad review. Please check all my other reviews, and you'll see that this is the first time ever that I leave a bad review. I am very disappointed at Pizza Hut, Weston, Florida location.

Dirty and rude place I was avoiding driving to little Cesar’s but the service here made me do it! They will price gauge any pizza vs giving you the special when you can and order over the phone with coupon in hand that they can scan to charge you but won’t! I ordered 2 med cheese pizza 1 pepperoni I ask her what’s the deal she provided none I place my order and when I get there find a coupon which she tells me she can’t apply to my order as I am there showing her the valid Pizza Hut price for her location.

This place used to be good and is now in shambles. I would give it zero stars if I could. 1 star is generous. I ordered 2 large pizzas and the driver delivered some pasta and breadsticks instead. I called to get it corrected and all they offered was for the same driver to go to the store and get the pizzas that a been waiting there for over an hour. I would have gotten the pizzas over 1.5 hrs after I made it. I ended up canceling and left with 3 “hangry” kids. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut. Horrible Service! The store blamed the driver and the driver blamed the store. Never buying from the again

The pizzas were good, just as ordered, for my taste the pepperoni one was very greasy but people liked it. The delivery arrived on time.

Pizza was delivered cold and I was missing an item but the person at the store said that everything was delivered. Terrible customer service. They use paper bags not hot bags.

My 16-year-old daughter works for approximately two weeks at this place in the month of June. The treatment at the beginning from the manager Iris was excellent but after the first week she came to tell me that she had very bad treatment towards her and that she did not want to continue anymore since she felt humiliated, she resigned and I told her why.to the manager, apparently everything was fine until then but the problem came when we went to pick up her checks, I went on her behalf to pick up the first one and the attention towards me who could have been a customer was very bad, she wasn't even close to He didn't talk to me or ask me what I wanted until after a while and when I told him what I was about he told me that my daughter had already gone to pick up the checks on July 3, knowing that this is not the case since she herself arrived with the checks.checks at 5 in the afternoon and said that my daughter had picked them up in the morning. That was the first lie, then he continued to find my daughter's check and hand it to me. When my daughter opens it she realizes that this check is for only 4 hours knowing that she worked for about 28 and on top of that this one is from 15 days ago, which said that it should have been delivered on June 16 and my daughter She tells me that she asked the manager Iris about that check since they have an application and there she can see her pay and the manager tells her that they are not going to pay her yet, withholding the check without telling her anything else. When we returned for the second check on July 4, she attended to us and assured us that there were no more checks in my daughter's name and that she had to wait another week, knowing that the check she had to give us had arrived on July 3, I proceed to tell her that then they paid weeks late since it should have arrived the day before, after my daughter and I insisted, she opens the folder where she had all the checks and first there is my daughter's and she simply tells us no. I had seen. I wonder how a manager who has been working at pizza hut for more than 10 years, which collects the checks every 15 days and arrives with them at the restaurant, can withhold two checks from us and on top of that ensure that the first one had already been delivered, knowing that she She arrived with them in the afternoon and that we had passed in the morning. I am truly very disappointed with the way manager Iris handled the whole matter, being an adult woman withholding the check of no more than 300 dollars from a 16-year-old girl who made an effort and fought for them. I hope you can give him the correct handling that this situation deserves. The truth is that there is malicious intent in the matter.

I have ordered from this location three times and each time it gets progressively worse. The store is less than 2 miles away and the delivery time was almost an hour. If I wasn't caring for an elderly family member I would have picked it up myself. The food was cold and the driver was rude. Disappointing.

I ordered large size pizza. It tasted full of salt. My kids are fond of cheese pizza immediately after eating they also found out this pizza doesn’t taste good. While cooking please put less salt.

My daughter ordered a pizza ypon receiving the pizza it was cold, hard, and old. The shift supervisor was very rude and when I called to exchange the pizza. I ended up calling headquarters and nothing was resolved I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. So hard to find customer service nowadays.

My Order was medium pizza, they gave me a small. I ordered 8 wings, the box had 7, poorly made wings. Pizza was not well cooked. Moreover, I always add tip for getting the curbside pickup in my car. Waited 15 mins in my car after clicking "I am here" button. Also Called the store, was on hold for 15 mins. Finally I had to get out of my car and go and pick it up. This store is a complete mess.don't offer the curbside pickup. Actually close down the store if you cannot manage the volume of orders and don't have regular employees and staff level. This store is in Weston / Sunrise FL: 1328 SW 160th Ave, Sunrise, FL 33326 The WORST store - had messed up my order twice before and food quality is consistently poor. Shame on you

From the moment Iris took our phone order we felt like valued customers because she was friendly and listened and we got exactly what we wanted.a delicious pizza in 15 minutes!
