Pizza Hut, Orange Park FL

I like the fact that there was a lunch special for $5 with a drink. I also like the contactless pay and to have your food brought to you while sitting in your car. Very quick and easy

Little to no sauce and the ingredients were way unbalanced. It just seems flavorless what happened

What a nightmare last night. Please ask the manager about my experience. She was the ONLY sane person there.

Decent delivery time. Great tasting food. Everything tasted freshly made & overall was outstanding.

I think we have the best Pizza Hut in Orange Park! Food gets to us hot and always a smile and cheerful words from the delivery person!

Everything was great. And even did the flavored crust. The Garlic butter one. And it just made the pizza even better.

Pizza Hut on Kingsley Avenue refused to complete my Order and return to bring me everything that I had paid for. Even after admitting it was their fault. They said the company nor the driver would make any money from it. With delivery service and the $5 tip I paid $8.25 for the delivery. The delivery driver drove 3 to 4 blocks to bring me my order. I am an OTR truck driver, I would have to drive 18 miles to earn what I paid them for the delivery service and the tip. Still they refused to complete my order citing that the company in northern driver would make any money off of it even after admitting that it was their fault. Another example of big corporation screwing the customer? We shall see about that!

I have always had such a great experience at this Pizza Hut. The workers are very pleasant and take there time making sure my order is correct. Courtney who assisted me upon a few visit has been great she does a great job greeting and fulfilling my orders as well as delivering my pizza on time Thanks Courtney. I would definitely recommend this store. Good Job Guys.

Terrible place, do not eat here. We waited 2 hours, and then told the store was closed due to a computer issue. Took our 74$ and told us they would refund us in 24-48 hours. Now, prior to this we called after an hour plus of waiting and the manager said our food was being boxed up and put in a delivery car. Lies, lies, lies. Never order here!

At the door it's says
Sundays open from 10am-11pm
You go there on a sunday and the door it's locked and they tell you that they open at 4pm? Ooohhh sure!

Ordered spicy garlic wings, pasta and cheese sticks. The wings had no sauce. Called and was told it would be a hour and a half before they could send new wings. Took 20 minutes to have food delivered so not sure how a hour a 30 minutes happens after just 20 minutes AND they messed up the order to begin with

Ordered online said the pizza would be an hour. That's fine. Two hours later the pizza and wings show up cold. The staff just made excuses about the server and the lack of delivery drivers. No attempt to fix the issue nothing.

Placed order 4 hours in advance, was still 30 mins late and cold on delivery, manager very rude, says not her problem they're busy! I'm done with pizza Hut

Wings were perfect. Got garlic parm as well as lemon pepper traditional. Feel like they could have used a little more lemon pepper but they were still overall very good. Server Jackie was very friendly and professional. I'll be ordering again

Ordered wings for delivery, after an hour waiting and no food showing up I called and was told my food has been dispatched and should be there soon. An hour later (now two hours waiting total) I decided to call and cancel the order. I was shocked to find out my order was set to carryout and had been sitting there for over an hour I guess. No calls to ask me why I hadn't picked it up or anything. Rediculous.

Pizza is always good, Nicole was excellent. But, the they dude behind the scenes shouting that he didn't care, like the Duval County 911- - He was a douche. Very unprofessional shouting through the shop with customers there.

Pizza's are garbage they always arrive burnt. No cheese on them takes forever for delivery I live 1/2 mile away manager doesn't like fixing mistakes. Crew will claim they are a manager when they aren't as well.

Delivery Man had forgot a part of our order, told us he would be right back with the rest of it. Order was placed at 6pm. Then 9pm comes around still no delivery guy. 10pm? Nope. A no show.
