Found several hairs in my pizza and when I tried to call it went directly to a call center where they couldn't even transfer me to the store. Really disappointing, won't be ordering from here again.
Found hair on my pizza yesterday and the manager, Kayla, was nice enough about it over the phone, but when I arrived to get a replacement, she started on a rant from the kitchen we could all hear from the lobby. Sad she made it a bigger issue than what it was. Horrible customer service on her part.
One of their delivery drivers hit me pretty bad while I was crossing a sidewalk yesterday on a scooter. I tried calling the store about 30 min later to speak with the manager on duty and nobody would pick up the phone, likely because the driver told them someone with my phone number would be calling. Around 3pm. That's okay. Pizza Hut will definitely be hearing from my attorney very soon.
We order pizza from here at least once a week. Of course, Pizza Hut is always pricier than other places, but the staff here always make our pizza great, so we keep coming back. Staff is always nice and professional as well. Recommend they receive a raise or bonus. We will continue to order here.
Everything was on point from the easy online ordering to the fast delivery and the Pizza was made perfect Delicious fresh hot good amount of toppings original pan crust is their staple crust even the pop was ice cold
Ordered 2 pizzas. Cooked to perfection. Best I’ve ever had here. Employees were friendly. If I could high five the guy that made my pizzas…. Keep it up
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE! I placed an online order at 10 pm when they close at midnight, my order would be delivered at 11: 22, I use the app so I can track my order & I started to see that my order, which was only was a dinner box & 4 drinks, that my food has been in the oven for over an hour. I called, and whoever answered told me the delivery would be at 11: 48, waited around, nothing. I checked again on app & it still said my food is in the oven. So i called to cancel, the same lady answered, had no clue what was going on for a minute & asked if we wanted to add something & I said no, just cancel and want a refund. She assured me the refund will be issued and order is canceled…what a bummer. My family & I were traveling all day and just wanted some food.
Pizza was undercooked and a lot of sauce, making the pizza wet and so bad. I call the number to they fix the problem and any person answers the phone make the same question and transfer us to another line like 25 times and we none one fix the problem, so technically we lost the money.
We just started ordering from here. So far, so good! Love that they are open late and the pizzas have always been good.
Great food, but the service was horrible. The people behind the counter treated me like they were doing me a favor and not like I was a paying customer. Next time I will definitely go somewhere else, drive farther or choose something else to eat, before I will go back to this establishment. There are too many choices out in the world, to have to deal with poor customer service! Especially when i am paying for it.
Horrible service. App said order was ready after twenty minutes. It was not even started and there was one person in the back of the store who did not hear me walk in the door. Bad bad bad.
Riverview location beside the publix is awful. Waited over an hour for an $80 order to be delivered. Called to cancel and still waiting on a refund. 301 and falkenburg location
Worst service ever! Scammers! Liars! I just made an order at 9: 40 for almost 60 dollars. Was told it would take about an hour long. Called 2 hours later worried about my order and was told, there was NO order under my name! And manager told me she couldn’t even pay me back even with a bank statement because she can’t find the order in her store and she was the only one picking up the phone at that time. And the attitude was over the top when In reality if anyone is to be mad is me!
The last time I ordered pizza hut was October 2022 for similar reasons.this pizza had no taste, it was overcooked and hardly had any sauce!
Not to mention the girl at the counter barely even talked and was rude
If you don't want to work, just quit.

I'm mostly angry with myself, because even when I saw this I paused; why would they not give you the code instantly for use on your next order? Something was definitely telling me not to do this, but insanely I was tricked into thinking this was a good deal.
The code was to be sent within 7 days (allegedly). This never happened, and I was diligent in checking my spam folder as well.
When I realized this was never going to happen I called customer service. The agent I spoke with said he would forward my information. The next Monday I did indeed receive an email from customer service apologizing, and they included a code for the free pizza. Great! I thought. Until I went online to the same store (yes this one) and entered the code and was told the code was no good. Interesting that it has been 1 DAY since they sent the code. I copied and pasted it 3 more times. Nope. I then typed the code in instead of cut and paste. Same message. I emailed customer support back telling them the code was no good. That was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing back - nor do I expect to. I expect that if I expend even more time on the phone and allow myself to be frustrated for a few more weeks, then I might finally be made whole. But here is the point folks - is it really worth it? NO! Not unless you enjoy being angry, frustrated, and well, mostly made to feel like you were a fool. Always, ALWAYS, listen to that little voice that says.this doesn't sound quite right. Lesson learned.
The service was awful very rude. The pizzas looked like they were tipped over. The toppings were only on some of the slices of pizza. The white sauce is so gross I ended up throwing the whole pizza away me or my family wouldn't eat it. So I will probably never order from Pizza hut again. They used to be good but not anymore. My pizzas were cold as well. It was just a very bad experience all together. It was a waste of money that's for sure I spent my last bit of money I will never do that again.
