Pizza Hut, Brooksville FL

After a few years, I don't like this store. They treated my mom terribly, and the town it is in has people scamming the store. Constantly abusing the policy where your ordering being "wrong" gets comp'ed or redone at no charge to you.

I've ordered here many times and I've always had great service and perfectly prepared food. I especially love their breadsticks!

This location has some friendly people working there. Even on a busy Friday night, they are smiling!

Two employees were busy chatting stood there about 5 minutes before they asked me my name. Pizza was just so so really disappointing

Ordered original crust, got home noticed it was thin as a paper plate not my taste this is the second one Like this the first time they took care of it like they should, this time he offered me a $5 credit or drive up and bring it back I got off work I am tired. You can see how many times
I order and it have only complained one time it went into the trash and had another bring me a pie you lost my family’s business.

Update tried it again 2x pizzas dry over cooked my bad for trying

The pizza is delicious and they even have Cinnabons. They are sooo good. Omgeez I'm in love with this place, very convenient and parking is great. I called in my order and it was ready in 15 minutes. Good people work there and I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered. Everything is good.

Placed order an hour in advanced to delivered. They gave away our order to someone else and Ord e was delivered 1 hour later than it was suppose to be.

Finally a Pizza Hut restaurant that we could go inside and eat! Great food. Even the Manager made our day special!

The big New Yorker was good. The one star is for ordering. When I called I was routed to a call center, not the restaurant. The person on the line barely spoke English. It took me 30 minutes to order a pizza and drink. Next time I'll pass on the Hut and order from a restaurant that takes thier own calls.

Ordered pizza on line for a later time to pick up. Dried out, cooked too early. No pleased, won't go again.

This pizza hut is so hit or miss. This last order was a miss. Our pizzas were not cooked enough and were doughy when they should have had a little crisp to the crust. Also, the staff makes you feel like you're an inconvenience on the phone and in person. I rarely see anyone in the parking lot when I drive by.

I placed an order online and when I picked it up someone else took my order. It would be great if they verify the email and phone number not just name on the order. Thankfully I put on the order to pay on the store but it was still very disappointed to have to leave the place without my order I'm pregnant and was really craving what I ordered. I ended up getting Burger King instead couldn't wait to they make another order.

Great service and food! Gentlemen greeted us at door and held open in and out, ladies inside were super friendly as well! Thank you to ALL the staff March 17 2023 @ 730pm!

Tried the new pizza melt. It was very good. There are 4 different kinds. I will get it again.

I call pizza hut 12 minutes of computer menus before I can order I call hungry howeis I get to order my pizza immediately

I've not had a bad Pizza Hut experience in years. I hadn't ordered in a couple of years due to pandemic and now inflation. My daughter treated us to pizza last night. I wish we hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut. I didn't know I could review with photos, 'cause I would have shown the 2 inches of crust all the way around the BBQ chicken dinner box pizza that was bare. Hardly any sauce on either pizza and there were a total of 7 meatballs on a rectangular medium and maybe 10 or 12 pieces of pineapple on the other rectangular medium.
If this is the way Pizza Hut is handling inflation, forget it. I won't order again. These pizzas were a disgrace to the name of PIzza Hut.
