Pizza Hut, Miami Gardens FL

I ordered last week for a pick up order. My order was over cooked. I left a survey review. They called me tool my name asked questions & told me give my number etc & I'll receive another pizza give my number I'm like that's nice & good service they didn't have to do that. I then call a few days later to give my redeem it & the guy says there no manager here & to 2 pay 21 dollars for the same 12 dollar pizza I ordered before I'm not going back. That was awful.

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery after saying it should be there in 10 minutes. Shameful

The manager and her team fixed a small problem I had with my order last night and everyone was soo pleasant and professional! My pizza turned out great! Great customer service

I had Pizza Hut before the boneless wings were delicious the pizza with pepperoni and cheese scrumptious the grease perfect everything was just perfect

Been ordering from them since they opened up a few years ago. Honestly have never had any issues and pizza always comes out the way I ordered it.

My pizza was delivered 15 minutes later than I was told it would be. And, the pizza was COLD. Good bye again, Pizza Hut.

This is the worst pizza hut I ever ordered from. I placed an ordered to be delivered to my house. When I opened the box, there was a black hair on the pizza. This is very disgusting. Never placing an order from here ever again!

Customer service given by the manager is the worst so I wouldn't blame the employees they follow the leader that has no customer service at all.

I walked inside this Pizza Hut to place an order and as soon as I walked in the girl standing at the register immediately asked for my phone number and name. I asked her why did she need my phone number and name? She lied and stated that it is the only way I could place an order. So what if I didn't have a phone, I couldn't order? I visited many Pizza Hut restaurants and the only time I was asked my name and phone number is when I ordered over the phone not when I walked inside! She kept being persistent about knowing my identity I have no idea why. I gave her a FAKE NAME AND FAKE PHONE NUMBER! When I got my Pizza, whoever prepared it gave me a small amount of Pepperoni and a lot of tomato sauce under the cheese it was nasty! Im never eating at this Pizza Hut again! I don't know what kind of people work here and I believe they purposely messed up my Pizza. Why are so many young people so wicked?

This Pizza Hut offers, carryout, delivery, and a pick-up window. When I visit, it's often for a personal pan pizza due to nostalgia reasons. I order online and pick it up in store. The pizza is cooked to order and served hot. The workers get the orders out, but at no rush.

This is a the worst place to make a piza order never came to make the delivery this is 3 time it happens.worst of worst.never make any orders.they most close that store

This Pizza Hut is located in Miami Gardens Florida. Customers are allowed to Order online or in person. Customers are able to purchase food with Cash, Credit Card or Debit Cards. The Pizza was served Hot and delivered within a short period. The Big New York is worth getting! The Restaurant Doesn’t Allow in Doors Seat.

Customer Service is always Pleasant, Clean Store and always food quality is Excellent!

My favorite location. My food is ALWAYS hot. And the delivery is always fast as well shout out to Shanice! I have no complaints at all I prefer this location over 2nd Ave!

Very poor customer service. They never answer the phone. If they do, they hang up on you. They steal your money and never refund for undelivered food. DEFINITELY GO THE EXTRA MILES TO ANOTHER PIZZA HUT BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THIS LOCATION IS DISGRACING PIZZA HUTS GREAT NAME.
