I was in line waiting to be attended to.
And when a boy did it he was rude
He said that they no longer served pick-up being
I understand the rules but many times you cannot pay the delivery fee
It would be good if they changed the delivery time! Empathy needs the world

Would not recommend this place.they wouldnt deliver my pizza to new york? I really dont understand why the employes didnt have chicken as a topping.most stupid place ever.i tried to buy it with my currency, bomboclat coins.unless you want them to get your order wrong dont come here.

Sadly, customer service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large chicken pizza and two 2 liter bottles of Pepsi. Delivery driver first tried to tell me I had not ordered any Pepsi, then said they had given him only 1 bottle and he would bring me the other. I trusted him and paid $25.00 for the $22.08 ordered (I included a tip.) I also called restaurant immediately and was assured they would send the missing Pepsi. After an hour I called again to check on status, and after I identified myself the call was dropped.
I like Pizza Hut. I enjoyed the pizza. But I did not receive what I paid for, and that turned me off from ordering from pizza hut again.
The order was at about 7: 25 pm, 09-14-2023, from store at 33 Ave and coral way, Miami, Florida 33134. It was delivered at approximately 7: 55 pm with the missing Pepsi.

Driver stole my money. Manager hung up on me. Corporate doesn’t care. Worst Pizza Hut ever!

Can't even contact pizza hut through app to complain about my pizza being 30 mins late and the store empty. Workers in the back chit chatting. Manager lies to me about my order when obviously they were too busy talking in the back. Then I see her send someone to make the order from scratch.

THE SCHEDULES ARE NOT THE PUBLISHED CHANGE THEM PLEASE! THERE ARE DAYS THEY CLOSE AT 11 AND BECAUSE OF THIS ONE FEELS HUMILIATED BECAUSE THEY ARE THROWING YOU OUT AND EATING RUSHLY AND BURNING YOUR WHOLE MOUTH! PRACTICALLY WHILE THEY CLOSE! IT IS AN IRRESPONSIBILITY OF PIZZA HUT. ALWAYS LIKED THIS RESTAURANT NOW NOT!

Called to place my order was hung up on. Used the app to order for delivery. It was made for takeout. Tried to call the resturant. Couldn’t reach anyone. Paid for food that sat there and I never was able to get or speak to anyone about

Food was burn to the point the entire order had to be thrown away and when called about it they hung up on me

Each time I order from here, I am always hesitant. After my last experience on March 17,2023, I doubt I will ever order from this store again. Terrible service with a late delivery and cold which I had to throw out. Ordered at 9: 16 pm and delivered at 10: 38 pm. At about 40-45 min.after placing the order, the system recognized my order had been delivered when it was not. Given that this store was ordered shut in August of 2022 for violations, I don't know what I was thinking in giving them a shot. Be wary! I have reached corporate for a refund, lets see how that pans out. I will update this posting/review referencing a reimbursement if I see it is actually taken care of. My order total all in was $26.53 for one large pie and delivery address is roughly a 5-7 min drive.

The food was good but did not deliver plates and napkins that were requested and dearly needed.

50% of what I ordered was not delivered. It took 90 min to arrive. Crust was missing from cold pizza (looked like someone took a bite). I waited for 30 min on the phone to ask for my refund for what they charged me for but never deliver. They hang up on me 6 times, they kept my money for food they never ordered. This location needs to be flagged for terrible food, service and experience. Will never order pizza hut again. What a terrible business they are running. Even their call center and corporate office were less than helpful.

Ordered online for delivery, two simple middle pizzas, it said would take 25-30 minutes, ended up taking 1 hour.no one at the store picks up the phone, and when the order came, they brought a different Crust pizza than what I had ordered.pick another Location if you can.stay away from this one

I have only 2 times from this store and both times I've had horrible experiences. Both orders were made through the app, but each time it gave an estimated time and it wasn't followed. The orders were incorrect and blamed it on the costumer (me), their customers service through the phone is the worst. They actually hung up on me multiple times and one time they pretend they couldn't hear me and were giggling in the back. I just won't order from this store ever again.
