Pizza Hut, Greenacres FL

If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery took over an hour, the lady over the phone was rude & very unprofessional. Never again. AVOID THIS PIZZAHUT GUYS.

Young lady that waited on me was very pleasant but very effiencent. Made order right, and add a little extra for the wait. Thank you.

Poor customer service. I ordered for curbside pickup at this store and called the number when I got there. When the lady answered I told her I was there for a curbside pickup order and she said that there was nobody there to take my pizza out to me, which is fine, I understood that. I politely told her my name on the order and I'd be right in to pick it up. When I went inside and said I was the one who just called, she rudely shook her head and said "That doesn't tell me much. " So I gave her my name, she tossed my box onto the counter and walked away without saying anything.
Now maybe she was having a bad day. It's fine, everyone has bad days. The pizza was good too, but the rude customer service sort of diminished the experience. I'd love to rate higher, but this was a bad customer interaction.

Horrible response time to begin with horrible delivery time between my first call and delivery was over an hour and the store is only 3 miles from my house Pizza came cold and I feel is overpriced $20 for a large pizza driver was rude when I didn’t tip her and even said no tip And she looks sick even very scary I doubt I’ll eat pizza hut pizza again 53-year-old father of three

I want to share with you guys such a bad experience I just ask for a delivery and the customer service of the person that take my order I really very very bad and such bad attitude screaming and everything don’t recomendable place to places orders

It took them 3 deliveries in one night to Complete my order and get it right, and the pizza was over cooked.

We Never ordered from here so my wife and I decided.what the heck. Dominos next time. It took them three times to bring my wings that came in a deal. I got these as they told me that we’re “freshly made for me”

My pizza was perfect:) delivery guy was friendly.great contrast to the previous pizza hut that delivered in this area.

I would give this place 5* as the pizza is tasty but I have an issue with their delivery driver from yesterday.
I put special instructions for them to pass thru the garage door since I'm having painting done near the front door and living room area. The delivery guy comes and walks past the garage and straight to the front door. My painter tells me the pizza guy is here, I went to the garage and see his car but then realizes that he didn't read my instructions.
I waddle slowly to the front area where my painter now has to move his ladder, mess cloth, buckets of paint and struggle around those things just for me to open the front door.did I mention I'm 35wks pregnant? I told the guy he didn't read the delivery slip because we would have avoided all this. He didn't speak English very well and just said Oh, I'm sorry and handed me the soda. I showed him that we were painting etc but then he starts talking to my painter's assistant in Spanish.
I was furious at that point so I paid him, took my pizzas and went inside. About 20 mins later he has the audacity to call MY phone to talk to the painter's assistant! What the hell was up with that? He had no right to do that and I'd like to know what his superiors think of his actions.

This Pizza hut consistently kills it. I'm a restaurant trained chef and when pizza hut does it right it is phenomenal, and this one does it right. I order from here frequently and have only had one mistake. I ordered online and received an incorrect order. I called the restaurant after the driver left and the manager I spoke with was a pro. I've dealt with so many amateur restaurant managers in my life it's not only surprising (no offense) but refreshing that pizza hut management is handling a problem with quicker resolve than some fine dining restaurants. Just ordered from them tonight and the pizza arriving 30min earlier than projected pushed this review to fruition. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

I've been getting my pizza here for years & lately they've been sooo good I wanted to write a review. Great pizza and pasta! I admit I'm a sort of picky customer with a lot of questions, but even Andrew as a new kid in the front was great, positive and friendly.he always had a smile. Shawn and Lindsey are great and knowledgeable too! Definitely worth a try! 5/5!

Lady very rude when I went to pick up my pizza. She was in a bad mood didnt talk to me and didnt make eye contact. All the staff members are kind and polite but she wasnt.

Bought home a large three topping pizza that was somehow more expensive than two large one topping pies. When there were three peices left we discovered a roach in the box.

They did refund our money, but that doesn't stop a roach from potentially replicating in our home. Not only that, but they only refunded us store credit.

Because this Manager Lynsey was so rude I tried to call. Also I was speaking and she did not give me a chance to talk so she hung up the phone 3 times and she was extremely rude.

Very rude, i called about an order and the store G. M was very rude that i cancelled my order. This is twice ive dealt with her rudeness, will never order from their again

Todays pizza was extremeky salty. A thin crust cheese with pepperoni. My goodness they drowned it with pepperoni and the crust was hard burnt crust. Not sute what happenes there because ive always ordered with them and never had this bad experince. Arhhh ruined my pozza night. Couldn't eat it.

Ordered the veggie lovers pizza with pan crust and the crust looked manufactured frozen and cracked with crumbs like crackers. It was very thin and similar to store bought frozen. Won't use them again.

They took forever to answer the phone an that just mess up my night I had to called like three time just for someone to answer the phone so unprofessional

This restaurant is very convenient, clean, friendly and professional staff. The pizza and chicken wings taste delicious. I recommend this Pizza and give a 5 start, because is the best.

Made an order and was told 20 to 30 mins tops and received my order well over an 1hour 10 mins later.

2 time cold pizza delivery. Always takes 1 hr. Soda lil colder then room temp. As a chef not impressed.
