Pizza Hut, Miami FL

They really need a manager i always order here and lately they mess up my order, did not give me anything for making me wait a lot more for the pizza, also didn't saw a single glove on the employees at the kitchen

Poorly managed branch. Lots of mistakes, and they practically ignore you when you go in person.

Twice I've had orders take as long as 2 hours. When I spoke to them they said oh well and hung up. Never order pizza hut again.

Food & customer service is getting quicker & better!

I have been in this location twice and twice I found the same problem; very very bad customer service; I normally order and pay online to avoid waiting but when I went to pick up my orders I was complete ignore; this happened to me twice, the pizza was ready and nobody handled me the orders. I will switch to another location you better do the same.

2nd time in a row they messed up my order then the manager tries to act to stupid, I’ve worked at Pizza Hut before this service is trash

Service is good and staff very helpful. The smell is stingy of fried food and burnt oil. The hand toss wasn’t all that.

I uploaded a picture of what was delivered.terrible, burned, cold and crunchy pizza and same with the cheese sticks they were not edible, ended up throwing them in the trash. Save yourself the trouble and get your pizza somewhere else!

Always late! They never get the order right! I keep hoping they get better but every time I order (pickup or delivery) I always end up disappointed! Do yourself a favor order anywhere else!

I ordered a deep dish pizza and was given a regular crust large pizza i asked the man that gave it to me and he said that's the way the deep dish pizza was made. He wasnt wearing a uniform or a name tag, dont waste your money.

A horrible service employees do not know the products they offer do not send complete orders and the manager of name Frank on the night shift does not provide good customer service!

I'm not a fan but bought some for a get together and it was decent. I got the NY style. Surprisingly good. Great staff nonetheless.

Save your money. Everytime I order delivery from here its horrible. For some strange reason every once in a while i give them another try only to be once again disappointed.
