4 1st visit was great! 2nd was the worst! Late to open store for my 9am appointment.did not set up an environment.not even music.then cut up to 5 inches of my hair when I just wanted a clean up.
Nice person but very disappointed in the whole visit.
Short staffed. Door was locked when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I had to wait for someone to open the door. They didn’t acknowledge me until the other customer walked out. Disappointed.
Keddis and the salon has a whole positive energy vibe! I appreciate the time she took to explain the process and style. (Bob - Bonding & Relaxer) No wait time. Fantastic experience!
