Attempted to purchase a vehicle, financing did not go through and they kept my trade in and part of money. If this happened to you please reach out. I have an attorney already and this is illegal. We are supposed to get full refund and our trade in back. Do not purchase there, they lie on application and the owner Rosie Gonzalez is full aware.

Drove two hours to see a car that was in horrible condition, missing lugs and nuts, dash was strewn apart, car had been smoked in, backseat wasn’t even in and the headliner sagging. Nothing like the photos they had on their website. On top of that the car didn’t run cause a bad sensor and they didn’t feel like telling us before I wasted 2 hours to drive there. Stay away.

Sold us a lemon, our lawyer will be contacting them been to them at least 4 times or more within the "30 day warranty" nothing was fixed that they stated was fixed went to another dealership/mechanic and already paid over 2,000 in repairs that PJ Auto stated was fixed when we went to them over and over again. "LEMON" contacted the DMV to file a complaint and got our lawyer doing an investigation.

I purchased a BMW from them CASH. I had to take the vehicle to the mechanic 2 weeks after purchased. Everytime they fix a problem another part will get damage and that has kept my car in the mechanic for 3 weeks now. Rosie is very pushy and unprofessional, they only care on taking your money and walk away. They will not give you guarantee.

I though I was doing business with honest people. I have learned a lesson. TRUST NO ONE.

Very clean cars and very friendly staff, Cars all at a decent price and they helped me get a comfortable payment.

WARNING! Please don’t buy a car there if you want to know why go ahead and buy a car there and you will find out I’m warning everybody not to buy cars there at all they are known for selling lemons cars tell you lies saying everything is good with the car and I guarantee you that it will not last more than 3 weeks.

Had a wonderful experience I would highly recommend for first time buyers and anybody looking for wonderful customer service I've been denied by tons of other dealers and was accepted by them with sufficient money down so stop by and expect to be treated with the utmost respect and great customer service I would buy a second car from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Husband and I drove two hours to look at a car that my husband called about, told the guy we were on the way and we got there and the car was sold. Big waste of time. Sales people are incipient. All the cars on the lot looked crappy anyways.

The staff is super friendly and i really enjoyed purchasing the vehicle, The vehicle was as is no warranty and they helped me out with very cheap mechanic.:)

Horrible dealership! Stole my money! Gave them several thousands of dollars and bought the car CASH! No financing! Drove the car for a week and a half and engine went out. They initially agreed to pay but later changed their mind when they found out the price of the repairs. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF! Rosie.you will not prosper if you keep doing people wrong! I feel bad for you.that you would do people like that and not feel bad about it!
