Highly recommend! Every person I spoke to was friendly, professional, and courteous. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He gave recommendations but was not pushy, which I GREATLY appreciate.

I heard about this company on the MJ morning show. Gave them a call about 2: 00 PM and they were at my house by 3: 30. Justin did an excellent job on fixing my air conditioner. I thought I was going to have to replace it. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

I heard about Plan B A/C from MJ on Q105's morning show. I decided to give them a call. I have worked with many A/C companies over the years but Plan B, is the best I have ever had. They came out, diagnosed the issue, was able to get the part and fixed it within a couple of hours. Very professional, I will use them again, thank you MJ.

Saturday night my parents' AC went out again, this time it was the blower motor. Dad called and left a message with them and they called first thing Monday morning. They came out right away and took care of everything. You'd think AC parts were gold-plated considering how much they cost, but AC in Florida is a necessity and having a group like this who are reliable and trustworthy is tremendous!

My elderly parents' AC went out late in the afternoon. I was going to have one business come out until they said the earliest they could come would be the afternoon of the next day. I called Neighbors (Plan B) and they were able to come out that evening! The technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, professional, and didn't try to upsell them on services they didn't need right away. Thankfully it was just a capacitor that needed to be replaced so Justin had them back up and running pretty quickly. Definitely appreciate the quick work and professionalism and now I know who to call next time something happens with their unit.

Had a my AC serviced, I wanted a second opinion because I have an older system, they both said that my air is running fine but I still have issues. Between both I have spent over a thousand dollars and I’m still having the same problem.

Keston was quick to diagnose and repair. Very honest and answered my questions, didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need. I will definitely be calling them again.

The gentlemen did their job. I am a little perplexed as what I thought would just be a regular 6 month checkup with my plan and it turned into unexpected electrical job on the a/c to the tune of $319.50 + a visit from an electrician to the tune of $819.56 to get electric back on to my kitchen and living room after the a/c work was performed. Hopefully, that won't ever happen again as expecting no bill to having a huge bill was a shocker and hard on a wallet.
