Planet Fitness, Ocala FL

This Planet Fitness is ok. Staff needs to monitor the 30 minute workout room better. Too many people just sitting on their phones clogging it up for those that are there to workout.

This is a fantastic club the employees are always very happy and pleasant and the gym equipment Is always in working order and clean.

Not even busy at the busy time. Very clean bathrooms and SUPER hot water. Tons of machines and a lack of lunks.

Great place BUT the 30 min.express needs to be enforced. People just come in and do whatever they want. They dont follow the rules.

Employees are very rude especially manager was not professional and they don’t care their customers. Never go this place again.

I was having issues getting my membership transferred from another club and I wanted to upgrade to a black card and called and talked to Tristan and he was awesome and resolved it for me! Thank you, Tristan!

People who work there are horrible. I tried to complain them to their manager but she even didn’t care about the issues so I had to cancel my membership and one of my friends will cancel his membership too. I strongly recommend to educate your employees there.

OVERCROWDED! Can anyone relate to theres a such thing as too much of a good thing? Too many people in the gym so you cannot get to any of the equipment. You better go workout at midnight because its fire hazard level crowded the rest of the day and evening. You cannot even park in the PF parking lot without battling traffic and struggling to find a space. Where's the fire Marshall? Definitely past capacity all day everyday. Men in the women's bathroom women in the mens bathroom. Makes it uncomfortable and no good reason for it. It use to be a good gym yet it has turned into a madhouse!

I travel the country in an rv. Have been to so many pf I can't count them. This is one of the nicest out there. The glass Showers are fantastic

Who doesn't like going to th gym at 1am and having damn near the entire place to themselves? Receptionists are awesome all day.

I thought I’d like this PF a lot, but honestly I won’t come back unless it’s my only option since they’re open 24/7. The ladies who were working the front desk didn’t greet me upon entering, they just kinda awkwardly watched me check in and the only thing they said was to sign in. (Because this isn’t my home gym which I knew I’d need to sign in) But it doesn’t make me feel very welcome when the customer service isn’t there. The cardio machines were fine, the 360 room was the biggest I’ve seen before which was awesome, and the ab room was oddly shaped and very cramped but it worked. There were so many machines that were either broken, gross, or falling apart and it was not appealing. The dumbbell area was so tiny, and some of the sets were half missing or in the wrong spot (and nobody else was using them). The bathroom was nice and updated, but the shower head leaked and had such low water pressure it took forever to get clean. The convenience of 24/7 is great, but I won’t be choosing this PF as a priority choice anytime soon.

Very welcoming. Always clean and take sanitizing seriously pertaining to the equipment and yourself. Treadmills are always free to pick from which is what I go there for and end my workout with the hydromassage bed

The girls and I started a membership and since Covid I’ve been Hesitant not to go back to the gym. I can tell you that they keep this place clean just like before Covid but I like to come here because of the staff they are super friendly and nice.

Favorite planet fitness around. Always clean, truely open 24/7, and the best/friendly staff!
