Planet Fitness, Royal Palm Beach FL

Plant fitness is lacking cleaning.some workers are kind of lazy. The manger leaves cleaning equipment in the way at times. People can trip over there wires. The ceilings are horrible there looks like mold in the 30 min work outs. Becarful! They need better leadership.

This will be the 3rd time this week I drove up there because the crowd meter says 1 bar. Then I pull up and the entire parking lot is full.
This causes me to waist a lot of time.

This gym is very clean. The staff wipes down machines, cleans the bathrooms and vacuums the floors frequently. I have noticed a difference lately and I appreciate it.

Excellent workout atmosphere. Cordial/ welcoming & polite checking in staff always. Made a switch to PF about 6 years ago, glad I did. Membership fee is absolutely worth every dollar.

1 star because the guys have been a bit obnoxious lately, maybe the guy workers shouldn’t JUST converse with the WHITE females. This goes for ALL of them. The. Rest. Of. Us. See. You.

Be more professional, we all pay a tab here and want to feel you know our names & cared for not just cause I’m not white.

The only thing they need are paper toilet seat covers like most public restrooms. Aside from that this location is well maintained.

Tried to sign our child up for the free HS membership. Our child is in HS but 13. The staff wouldn’t even let us tour the facility and was rude. We won’t be going there

One of the better planet fitness's as far as cleanliness. The only issue is they never have hot water in the showers.sometimes it works and most times it doesn't.

I love planet fitness. They have free membership for 65 and over, they have lockers showers and they are very clean. The equipment is clean and close enough together to chat with a nice man and the staff is not judgmental. They have trainers also. Plus who doesn't like lavender?

Amazing experience the equipments are the best, front desk are very informative and helpful with all questions I had for them.

Never had any issues with the equipment, cleanliness or facilities. Recently however there has been an increase in loitering by people who are either not members or are not there to work out but rather to sit in the lobby, use internet, showers and charge devices. Its a really bad look when you have people like this at the gym, particularly early in the morning. This needs to be addressed.

I cancelled LA Fitness to join in this club. I love the environment in there, and especially people are much nicer over there too. Honestly compare between LA Fitness and this place, yall on top of the game. Planet fitness is cleaner and the equipments are much more than LA. This was my first time in this location but I’m willing to come more often for my workout routines. Thumbs up

I’ve been with planet fitness for about 6 years now and I absolutely love it! It’s not expensive and not super crowded!

Today I went in to cancel my membership… The gentleman didn’t even know how to cancel my membership took him over 30 minutes to even help assist me. I am a loyal planet fitness member at this location for a year and a half. I am no longer working in the area and cannot go to this location anymore, it is out the radius. Went in today to cancel my membership and to find out you guys are charging me 70. Which I never paid that fee before…. If this is how planet fitness treats their customers I will no longer be coming back to any location
. I asked to speak to a manager to one of the employees he told me that there’s no managers to help me on Saturday or Sunday. He said not even the team lead could help me. If there’s no one to even help the employees who’s even watching over the customers!

Was our first day. Everyone was very pleasant. Walked us around and showed us and answered any questions we had.

This has been my home location for about 6yrs. I have not been there in the past 4-5 months until today. They have updated the equipment and it was clean and friendly. I wouldn't go around their peek hours. 8am or 5pm

Super happy.the staff from 5: 00am in the Royal palm beach location are very profesional and friendly.they make me feel very welcomed.

The staff is phenomenal and helpful with any questions asked. Very kind and professional. Super Clean and Comfortable Gym The environment is Definitely A JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE! I love working out here.
