Way better than the congress ave and the lake worth location's wish they had the leg abduction machine literally my only complaint. Super clean plenty of room great staff.

I watched one guy scan his phone and five others walked in with him and the staff don’t look up to see who is going In there, also there was a kid sitting on bench laying down not doing anything and a older man asking politely to please let him work out the kid ignored him amd begin laughing I had to say something to the kid and the staff so not even pay attention to what’s going on… sad it’s a place to work out not a hangout atleast use the equipment or let someone else use it…crowd meter shows three bars but it was packed couldn’t even work out on personal space

The guy with the mask was constantly interrupting my workouts so I transferred to the forest hill location and it’s beautiful.

Place is A joke it’s for teenagers and predators to hang out at all times I pay good money every month and can’t use the gym because it is filled with kids from high school doing nothing just hanging out talking not using equipment but sitting on it lounging on it you can’t move one guy walked in scan his phone but five guys walked in with him and didn’t and the staff not one time checked anybody but yet I have to pay good money to use the gym and can’t

Always very clean, the machines are well maintained and plenty of options available. I go in the mornings so it's not too busy.

The morning staff is amazing and I’d say it’s honestly the best time to go. Around 5-9 am the gym has maybe 20-35 other people in it and it seems like it’s mostly the same faces every morning. Lenny is such a cool guy who does his best to remember everyone’s names when they come in. I see why so many people stop to talk to him on their way in or out. Makayla is a sweetheart. She always has the biggest smile every morning when I stop in. Lexus is amazing and she takes cleaning to another level, anytime I come in the afternoon she’s walking around the floor wiping down machines. The gym is always physically clean and very often do I see staff walking around picking up after people who either don’t take the time to clean their own machines or don’t take the weights off of the machines when they’re done.

The only downfall of this location is the high school summer pass. This gym specifically isn’t that large and competing for machines in the afternoons is impossible. A lot of these kids have little to no gym ettiequte and treat staff poorly too. They don’t pay to be there and there should be no tolerance for their attitudes. If I was the manager id be terminating whatever pass they have to come in the minute I saw them instigating arguments with staff or paying members.

It is a good neighborhood gym. All new machines this week. No more torn seats. No more grips falling off. More equipment took away some of the stretch area, and mats as well. I do not quite understand that. Staff is outstanding

Literally one of the best gyms, I don’t understand the bad reviews. The app is helpful when knowing when there’s a lot of people or not and I use that to decide my time of day when going. I can walk in, find a machine or even go to the corner where the 30 minute workout machines are and get a good workout in and leave. Love this gym compared to my last few!

Two weeks ago I forgot my workout shoes “ON”. Cleaning lade in a changing room was so nice she has turned the shoes at the front desk. Two days later when I went to the gym to work out again she reminded me on my shoes and told me she turned them in at the front desk.
It turned out the workout shoes could not be found, according assistant manager they throw all lost and found. My shoes were like brand new brand “ON” about $150 I am pretty sure somebody took them home. I asked the manager to call me when he get in. Two weeks later no returned phone call.
My conclusion: if you forget anything don’t expect staff will keep it for you, even thou they have lost and found. I have been at this gym location” Dixie Hwy “since its opening, have a black membership and have not experienced anything like this in any other location.

Signed up for the summer program and the staff would not allow my daughter to go to the gym without a drivers license, she’s 14 in private school. Very unprofessional when they said that even though she was signed up she could not participate in the free student sign up because she goes to private schools and had no school ID. My daughter was highly disappointed. Luckily I was able to go to a more professional location who understood the issue and was able to allow me and my daughter to work out together. I will NEVER go to this misguided unprofessional location again.

I see someone deleted my review. Someone please tell me about the cat with the mask that follows me around telling me i need to have a smaller bag. Waving in my face each day to get my attention. Who is this kid. And why hasn’t anyone commented on what i said the first time. I pay for this gym, it’s not like it’s free and it’s something just to “deal with”.

Good and cheap but for some reason I'm stuck with a 130 dollar fee and I thought there was no contract and that u can quit anytime with no fee

I like how laid back Planet Fitness locations are - really do enjoy working out here - and the price is right too!

There is no etiquette at the gym, members don’t wipe the machines down 1/2 the time. The staff try, but they can only do so much. The wait for the use of the weights is unacceptable and the high school kids that are there need to take classes on etiquette before they join.
