Easy to get in and out.not to busy.they need to restore the machines that have a lot of wear and tear.

I came to this gym fully willing to sign up on the spot. All I wanted was a quick tour to show me what they had to offer and give me a run down of memberships. The kid at the front desk couldn’t even bother to stop FaceTiming his girlfriend to give me his attention. When I asked about memberships, he gave me a piece of paper and went back to his call. I ended up walking around the gym myself, but decided that dealing with such low CS did not bode well for the future, so I left. I was an easy sell and they didn’t even try.

All right, this is another review of a local planet fitness. Very spacious. Plenty of room to work out. The staff is friendly. Some of the equipment is dated but overall not too bad. The men's locker room when I was there was trashed. Horrible water pressure in the showers. It seems like a lot of planet fitnesses have similar issues

The gym is straight but we in 2023 can we get 24 hrs operation back? Closing 7pm on the weekends is ridiculous. That’s when most ppl are off

Great gym, nice clean equipment, really friendly staff (constantly cleaning), great gym culture, pretty focused and relaxed environment, other gym goers are super friendly and helpful •• A really amazing gym overall

The price and location of the gym are convenient. The desk staff are pleasant. There are not enough bicep curl machines and leg press machines. The bathrooms and showers need to be cleaned more often. I only wish the management would enforce the rules instead of having patrons advise the staff members. Some patrons sit on the machines watching videos and not using the machines or have loud conversations. I think staff could be more proactive. I’m sure my response to this review will be to let the staff and managers know about it. But great management would roll up their sleeves and handle it or train staff members too. Also look into a dressing area for the shower area instead of dressing infront of the showers which are located near the entrance of the lockers room.

Staff was super nice. Very disappointed in the condition of the equipment. Ceiling was completely covered in dust and bathroom was quite dirty too

I like the Boynton Beach location I go to. It’s staff are friendly and helpful and the elliptical I use is always available to use. No one bothers me and I get my workout done stress free.

We normally go in the evening so it is never crowded. They have disinfectant spray and paper towels for the members to wipe down machines before and after use. They have hydro messages for black members only.

Had an issue today with the computers when trying to do something. Unfortunately, we couldn't complete it but Sebastian took my number and helped me out over the phone so I didn't have to come back when everything was up and running. Thanks Sebastian!

Showers with no dressing area!? Huh!? Not good at all. I've been to many different sites as I travel, and this is the 1st one I've seen so far with this issue. I truly hope this gets better, for the sake of the customers.

Friendly, clean, good assortment of equipment and not over-crowded despite being there at a peak time.

For years, I have resisted joining Planet Fitness due to its spelling of "judgment" in "No Judgement Zone. " There is no E after g in judgment.
That being said, the clubhouse which houses our community fitness center is being renovated and cannot be used.
Against my better judgment (see the spelling again), I went to my local Planet Fitness on Military Trail in Boynton Beach and was greeted by the wonderful Aauyah St. Juste, who, in a most friendly manner, walked me through the rules and procedures and assured me that the incorrect spelling was, simply, an advertising gimmick to catch my attention; and that "the powers that be" really do know how to spell judgment.
As a result of Aauyah's attention and diligence, I joined and have never been happier.
The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are proficient, personable, and professional. The center is large, clean, and filled with people who prefer working out to simply socializing. It's laid back and void of predatory personal trainers.
Yes, Personal Trainers exist but I must approach the desk and ask for one.
I'm hooked on Planet Fitness and am planning a long relationship with the center.
But had you spelled "judgment" correctly in the first place, I would have joined years ago.

Very clean gym. Hand sanitizer, spray & paper towels located throughout. Repair any broken machines very quickly. Good value for the money.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now I remember it used to be really clean and maintain it seems to be going really downhill not clean some of the machines stay broken for weeks and months a lot of the pads on the equipment are completely ripped and cracked sad to see it deteriorating like this

Been to several.this one is not dirty on it's own. It's filthy because the vapid attendants are clueless.mr. Gym trainer buff guy is rude and was reading a book whenever you need him.then him and his giggling girlfriend took 4 hours to leave after closing.who knows what they were doing in their car for so long when they finally left.weird experience.do yourself a favor and clean house, and find some people that will actually do their jobs instead of sitting on their phones or nose in a book all day

Walked in and walked out. The place is disgusting. Lady at the counter, obviously doesn't take care of herself either, had no care in the world. Do not go!
