Planet Fitness, Coral Springs FL

I must say this PF location has decreased tremendously in cleanliness, equipments and hospitality. I have been there twice since renewing my membership and both times the ladies bathrooms are not clean and uncomfortable. Before the pandemic this was one of my favorite locations, but now it’s disappointing to see the lack of care in the facility.

There is NO gym etiquette here. I was threatend with a barbell today by someone who had multiple machines "reserved" with towels & water bottles.
This was the 2nd time someone tried to get physical with me at this place. The first was a guy talking on his phone just sitting on a machine for 20 minutes.
I asked the staff for help and they did nothing. One staff member told me "there was a huge fight in here over someone using a cell phone. "
I cancelled on my way out.
If you are an older person like me looking for a safe and friendly place to work out, go somewhere else.

The two front desk agents, a blonde skinny one and another shorter brunette WERE THE BEST! They managed to sign me up right before closing and it was fast, easy and gave me time to exercise. Definitely will be coming back!

Excellent gym. Good equipment, good air conditioning, good atmosphere, good cleaning, good employees and 24 hours of service. I recommend it.

Always friendly people at the desk when you walk in and always eager to help if needed, the equipment is always clean and functional and the men’s locker room/ bathroom and showers are also nice smelling and very clean an tidy as well, I primarily go on Sundays early so my review honestly is based on only one day a week so unfortunately I cannot comment on weekly activities for those of you that workout during the week, for me this gym is very close to my home and plenty of parking when I go, the price seems to be reasonable, but I have not gone gym shopping in years, just wish they had a steam room and a sauna that’s why only gave 4 stars unless they have them and I have never seen them but don’t think so, possibly it’s not permitted? It’s a great thing to have after a good workout;
if you enjoy that, you might want to inquire about that first, otherwise everything else is very nice and serves my purpose, a nice selection of free weights, machines and all the treadmills and those sort of cardio machines, one might need, they also have suntan beds, massage chairs and water massage beds which are pretty cool and helpful, also they sell sports drinks snacks, towels and shirts if you’re into that, their is also a large selection of lockers all around to put your valuables in while you’re working out, I truly hope my review has helped anyone thinking of joining this establishment.

This Planet Fitness location is great. Open 24 hours and there’s always machines available anytime of day. There’s good ventilation and air circulation in the facility which is really important when you have so many people working out and sweating. Also important is that all their machines are in good working order.

Not worth the money, gyms have evolved and Planet hasn’t, tried it for a few months and ended up canceling my membership & still got charged for the following month btw…

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and being helped by Lauren from Planet Fitness from the Tamarac location. I was immediately greeted by her beautiful smile. She helped me become a Black card member and explained many of the features of the facility. Employees such as her make it a wonderful experience. Her knowledge of policy and procedures were well communicated and easy to understand. I am extremely satisfied and recommend this location for all who want excellent customer service and clean accommodations

Spa massage chair legs didn’t work and was not pleasant. They sent me to a hydro bed and it was cold and jets not working properly bed number 2. After the shower I came to my locker and there was a bug crawling inside. So not a great visit

This is the best Planet Fitness Ive ever been to! Hands down. They are always cleaning, and the ENTIRE staff including the manager always greets everyone and is so friendly. They are super helpful. And the entire staff is always happy and moving around. I recently moved, and there is a planet fitness by my house but i travel further and out of my way just to come to this one because of how comfortable it feels. Oh yeah- and Johnny has to be one of the best trainers Ive ever witnessed helping people!

It's a clean and well kept facility. Staff and members alike do a good job wiping machines down. The machines are in good condition, the weights are placed properly and the cleaning supplies are well stocked. Could use a free bench instead of a smith machine though

Coral spring facility is super clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa is delightful the music is super relaxing. Love it!

The staff is fantastic! The gym is always clean and I didn’t have to play hopscotch over weights and dumbbells that weren’t racked like I have to at larger gyms in the area

The one in Coral Springs is always so clean and everybody is courteous and helpful and such positive energy.

I hate to give this planet fitness any stars, not only are the facilities extremely dirty (spit on the ground, uncleaned bathrooms) but the way Debbie runs her staff is outrageous its as if their a gang, i watched them ridicule someone who came in for a workout over gym fees, literally pulling her off the treadmill it went from 1 person asking to 4 people behind the counter asking, just shouting insults at the poor young lady as she left The little older woman who works there was the worst she literally mumbled insults in front of me as if i would agree. I immediately left and joined another gym. I hate public display of hate.

Debbie the so called club manager has the worst mouth on planet earth DO NOT SEND ANYINE YOU LOVE THEY WILL JUDGE YOU and have the nerve to charge your card and leave messages on your account in hopes of denying you from every Planet Fitness

I transferred my membership from this branch. This branch is the poorest and least maintained of all branches in the 20 or so I have ever visited It takes weeks to fix anything Equipment needs cleaning and lubricant many of the adjustment rods are lacking the orange pull knob. As well the horizontal row machine does not have the complete rubber covering ing for the handles so during rowing most of your hand is in bare metal. I recently visited 2 PF locations in NC what a difference they were sparkling clean and All the equipment was functioning intact and adjustable. I
