You can't beat Planet Fitness for price and variety of equipment. The Naples FL site has been recently renovated and is well managed, with the exception of a few devices that seem to take months to repair

Here's the deal. If you live close and have little money and won't use the shower, it's ok. But for anyone else, go elsewhere. Cold shower or warm shower, NEVER hot. And it's just not a preferred. Hopefully, a word to the wise is sufficient.

It's clean and has great amount of fitness machines. Even has a 60 min workout area with all the neededvmachines

Went when I was visiting Naples over Christmas. Compared to other PFs, this needs a bit of an upgrade - the décor and some of the equipment feels like it was one of the original franchises and hasn't really been updated since. Still had a good workout and pretty convenient to places in South Naples.

Worst place ever. I just went to take a look, and someone there, idk if the owner or someone else that was at charge was kind of rude to me. The way that he said what he said was not right. I wanted to go ther with some friends and work out, but no anymore. I went out so mad and crying because I didnt like the way they treated me. I dont recommende this place to anyone. Maybe was not a good day for that guy and it was not for me either because of him. Hopefully he is not the owner.

Not as bad as others have written. As clean as you need for a gym, staff are friendly. If the members aren't talkative and the parking lot is untidy, that's not the gym's fault.

Way too small for anyone tryina get a real workout in. Got told I was holding up the smith machine when I stopped using it to change songs. I was there for about 2 minutes and got 1 set out. I've been goingto L. A. Fitness since that day. Way better gym and definitely worth my money.

P. S.there are no real bench presses so you won't be making any real gains quickly. Those smith machines are bad for your back and shoulders.

Asked for cancellation of membership, they insisted no refunds. Second month requested cancellation after they charged my account. They said "we can do that for you.no refunds. " Just got off the phone with them, this time they said I need to come in.and after the third month of charging my account no refunds. Not a bad place but whatever you do don't give them access to your account, they will just plain rob you and feign ignorance.
