Overall experience was entertaining but very loud atmosphere which made it nearly impossible to have any conversations. Very pricey steak cooked medium rare was so dry it was hard to eat.

I would not rate the food as poor, but I expected better. The service and atmosphere were excellent and the vibe of Disney Springs was energetic.

10/10 Recommend!

Fun experience. Loud as all get out inside, but I guess that's part of the fun. Food was quick to come out, and the bathrooms were clean.

Poor management of the premises. We arrived as 9 people and they kept us waiting to prepare our table. When we get in, we find that we are separated into two different tables. We requested that they find us a large table or join us together and their response was negative. We decided to have dinner there because we had no other option. A shame because the burgers were very good. Average price per person approximately $30.

If it wasn't for our server, Bryan, this would have been one star.our app included stale chips and hard pita for barely warm cheese dip.our food took forever was fresh but definitely not worth the wait.through it all even covering tables and bartending Bryan was very attentive and kept us informed on everything.

Horrible! Terrible food, raw meat and only fat for $40.00 per portion, the only good thing was the service from the waiter who was very embarrassed

The origional ringer is probably the best burger I ever had. Out server Alvin was friendly and quick. Definitely a 5 star must go

Best thing about this place is the atmosphere. Great music and visuals. Our server was good but I felt like she was rushing us to order and the place wasn’t busy. Food was average at best. Best thing we had was appetizer sampler instead of the entrees we tried. It’s worth a try at least. Average

Overall it's a fun time! The big screen and sing alongs are fun and the food is really nice. I definitely would do it again.

Big place! Food was good although I had the pulled pork and most of it was chunks of fat.highly disappointed. The others in my group liked their food.

We made a reservation and had our lunch in the second floor, which was very nice because they gave us the best table which was directly in front of the big screen, and overlooking the first floor. Our server was super friendly and the atmosphere was nice with music and different videos shown on the big screen. We ordered L. A. Lasagna and Bacon Mac-N-Cheese but neither one of the plates was very good. However, the appetizers World Famous Chicken Crunch and Five Cheese Dip were both delicious.

Me, my husband, and boys enjoy going here. We've been a few times and we always make sure to go here when vacationing in Orlando. The food is good, the environment is upbeat, and the music + projector on wall make the experience even more fun. Our waiter Chuck was super nice and made our experience even more enjoyable

The place is very nice, the dishes are correct, for me there was too much air conditioning, I couldn't really enjoy the rest, the food or the place. All I wanted to do was get up and leave.

Everything was good. Good burgers, fries, and chicken tenders. Nice atmosphere and fast friendly service.

Typical Disney type restaurant. Overpriced and fair food. Atmosphere is noisy. There were two of us and we were sat at the bar which was uncomfortable for me to eat sitting on the bar stools. I thought that it was odd that we weren't asked if we'd want a table, since it wasn't that busy. The food is okay, but not the level that you would expect for the money. Dinner with two drinks will out you out about $100.

Had a less than stellar time at this restaurant yesterday. It feels like they want to rush you in and out. It also feels like it's past its prime. Not much memorabilia to look at. The large video feels outdated. The food wasn't memorable or remarkable. I wouldn't return.
