Planet Smoothie, Winter Garden FL

Very inconsistent taste! Every time I visit I get the Elvis or Chocolate Chimp and every time they taste different; either watery or too much thick protein. I will have to drive to Smoothie King from now on.

This location is fantastic. Every one of the staff that I have met here is welcoming and makes a great smoothie. The store itself is always immaculate. My wife recently had to undergo painful jaw surgery and the Chocolate Elvis smoothie was a lifesaver for her diet and nutrition afterwards. You don’t know how much I appreciate you all.

The employee Hanna C.was extremely helpful and she helped me with my order because I was confused with everything. The smoothies were really good and they tasted yummy! Please visit this location, I love the work environment here.

They're probably okay if you order straight from the menu, but they completely fall apart if you'd like any modifications. I ended up with tons of ice and my smoothie was very watered down. I order the same thing at other locations and never have a problem. $10 is a lot of money for a cup of ice.

Love this place, I am 2 miles away so it's the perfect biking distance, and planet smoothie is one of my favorite places and the customer service is amazing

Went there to get a smoothie, and dealt with girl with a bunch of tattoo's and 0 customer service. She was not very nice and I'm sure this place will be closing down soon.

Smoothie was good but I have to echo the previous customer. I just left there and the employee was very rude. Telling me I need to speak up and making no attempt to get closer to me.
Lost a customer.

Had a really terrible experience on a Sunday evening. Ordered two smoothies and the guy making them clearly forgot something in both because they were both just poorly blended with huge ice chunks. We come here pretty often and usually have a good experience but this took the cake as the worst smoothies ever.

So Im from NYC & I hv been drinking hand made fresh fruit smoothies since the early 90's. I had the unfortunate luck of trying the competition 1st & was so disappointed it was full of ice aka water & i could hardly taste the fruit.

So I was to try Planet Smoothie under a certain bias. Boyyy was I SUPER surprised when I had the BEST smoothie ever

Meh. Stopped going, go to the one in winter garden village near target. They seem to know what they are doing there compared to this one.

Nice, fresh and affordable smoothies. Parking is easy and plentiful. Staff was helpful and friendly. If you like smoothies, this is one of the best! Definitely will return in the very near future.
