Planet Smoothie, Eustis FL

I went to the Planet Smoothie in Eustis, Florida. The staff were phenomenal. This place was super clean. I told him I did not eat breakfast and he recommended a great smoothie. What a great way to start my day.

I generally love Planet Smoothie. However the last three times I've gone to this particular location, the smoothie has tasted abnormal, like it's missing flavor. (No I don't have Covid). And so today, my last trip here for a while, I couldn't even drink it. It was so bitter and so unrecognizable from the drink I love. My husband had a similar reaction to his smoothie which lacked the extra ingredients we paid for and tasted like water and earth. What's going on lately? If ingredients are missing, let us know so we can make a different choice. I left before realizing it was so bad and had to get a different lunch somewhere else altogether.

Update: I want to ensure my reviews are truthful. After taking a break from visiting, I've returned to this location a few times since my initial review and found no further issues. I'm glad that I can frequent this spot, and get those tasty smoothies once again.

Great staff. Huge thanks to this worker who, when my wife accidentally ordered the wrong thing, made the right thing, a second time and didn’t ask a single question. This kindness really made a big difference in our day.

Walked in store. No one around. Waited and waited. No one. Said something. No response. Good thing there are carmas there or someone could walk out with whatever they want

There are several planet smoothies in the metro area. This one is my favorite. Extremely clean, fast service and the employees are friendly and always willing to help.

Wonderful service. My first time here was amazing and the smoothie I got tasted perfect. Highly suggest coming here. The covid prep was spot on and I felt really safe there

Used to give planet fitness members 10% off but the past three or four times I've been in the employees act like they have no idea what I'm talking about.

I don't have the time to argue with them about it so I've been paying full price the past like month.

Bring back the discount or train your employees.

Love coming here! No matter what time I come in it's always clean inside and Celeste makes great smoothies with a smile! I would also like to add I have never waited more than 5 minutes here.

I recently started going more often, & definitely one of my favorite places to go.
The smoothies are incredible, the employees are so friendly, helpful, & always in a good mood. Most importantly, the place is always always sparkling clean. Thank you, Planet Smoothie. We will be back soon! Banana & Orange Cream is my FAV.

PS did a great job putting 20 smoothies together in a short time. Will definitely use them again. They forgot the straws. I had to drive back to get them, but its an honest mistake.

I came here about a month ago on my fiancés birthday, and we both liked it. The store is really clean, both employees that were working were very nice, smoothies were great. As hot as it gets here in Florida, these smoothies are a nice refresher! We will be back soon! Definitely recommend.

I realize that this is a very trying time for most businesses. However, I bought 2 açaí bowls today. One was 3/4 full and the other one was only half full. Both had a very thin consistency unlike any previous ones. They are not inexpensive so think that will be my last trip to this location.

First time at tropical smoothie and ordered the Brazilian smoothie was delicious. The service was horrible. I placed an order and then went back to pay for chips. The young girl took two other orders after I expressed to her I would like to purchase chips. I will not be returning.
