Definitely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I placed an order online for 8.45 pm at the Rio Pinar Plaza location, I arrived to pick up at 9 pm and the girl was at the counter chatting with a friend and I didn't even know what There was an order to pick up, it was obvious that I didn't know what I was doing to prepare my bowl and the other girl who was inside cleaning had to tell her what ingredients my order included, even so when they gave me the order I had to show that I had paid for extra chia seeds because they didn't put them in or even read my order. I will not return to that place 0% recommended.

Excellent and friendly staff! I come in weekly in my wheelchair and they always take good care of me with a smile and great service. Everyone i met there has been pleasant.

Ordered my 2 drinks online 20 minutes earlier got there and they havent made any of them. Made me wait till the line was gone (15 minutes later) to start my drinks. It would of been faster just walking in off the street I will never go back to this location
