Great personalized service. Handling by appointment right now, which is good to prevent the school rush. Return policy is extended, so you can feel comfortable dealing with growth spurts over the summer. My daughter will be a 6th Grader at Pembroke Pines Charter Middle school.

Horrible customer service. Worker was extremely rude. I Walked in with my son not knowing it was by appointment only. No other customer was there or entered while we were there. I knew exactly what I needed. After her heavy breathing and sighing she got the pants (two sizes). She barely allowed my son to try on one (because no appt; again no one else in the store). The size he tried was too small. She was visibly upset that she had to get another size. It’s sad that when people know you have no other choice; they think it’s permission for them to be rude. My son got his pants that he needed for Monday. Unfortunately, I will have to go back.

Horrible customer service. Just selling stuff by appointment. There is no reason for that. They told me that was mandatory to fill up a form with all my private information (adress, phone mumber, email, name, etc) for COVID pourpose. I denied and they insisted telling me that is a new rule. They get pretty upset and made sit like a child. After 15 minutes they gave me what I needed with a bad attitude. There is no rule, law or code that allow them to do something like that. Is a store. They are not school, government agancy or hospital to manage private information. And mandatory? Should be ilegal. I will report this tomorrow to my school and maybe to the board.

The worse costumer service ever! This store should be open at 10: 00 am! They have NO Clients at the store, I came from Aventura (40 min) I have an appointment 11: 15 am and I repeat They have NO clients in the store and SHE SAID NO.

Instead of apologizing for his deplorable behavior, they decided to block me on the booking site! You really know a lot about customer service.
What a shame, what a shame.

If I could give them a 0, I would, I came to exchange, tje lady, I guess was not having a good day, screaming at her employers like if they were slaves, then told my daughter that she was liar, that she wore the shirt, when we didn't. She should not be in costumer service! I felt bad for the people working under her supervision.

I’m extremely disappointed in this place. I’m not a happy customer. The customer service is poor & communication is poor. Good customer service & empathy goes a long way. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Very horrible customer attention, staff have attitude towards their customer and unwilling helpfulness. Very bad attitude. Don’t want to spend the time helping their customers.

I had a wonderful experience today, my appointment was at 5: 45 got to the store at 5: 43 I was greeted with respect, shopped and was on my way out at 5: 51pm awesome job guys.

The worst service! Maria, very rude store staff. I went to change uniform because my son was selected in another school (last minute) we are in a pandemic. They do not change without having a receipt, or with a card! They looked for me and they had all the information. We had the flexibility of not receiving the money, but the uniform without the logo.the store does not meet the needs of parents only seeks its economic benefit by making excuses for change!

el peor servicio! Maria, personal de la tienda muy grosera. Fui a cambiar uniforme ya que quede en otra escuela (ultimo minuto) estamos en una pandemia.no cambian sin tener recibo, ni con tarjeta y eso que me buscaron y tenian toda la informacion.teniamos la flexibilidad de no recibir el dinero, sino el uniforme sin logo.la tienda no atiende las necesidades de los padres solo busca su beneficio economico al imponer excusas para el cambio.

Planet T Uniforms has been the best experience to ever get uniforms, especially during these times when we're all living with COVID. To begin, the store was extremely sanitized and clean. I booked an online appointment, and at first I was worried about it. By the time I got there, it was just me and three employees. One of the employees named Maggie was very kind, sweet, helpful, and professional. She helped me with all of my daughter's uniform needs. Maria, another employee, who was helping as well, was amazing and incredibly professional. The entire place was well done, and they made me feel very comfortable, and made the experience very welcoming. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars.

They treat you right depending which you get, but nothing you can do about because it's the only place that sell the uniform for my kids school. Monopoly!

Horrible customer service! They promoted new girl sizes but failed to stock enough in the store. Once they ran out of the size we needed, I was told that they ran out because the girl shirts are more popular and that they will not be ordering more to restock the store. That is the dumbest thing I have ever hear of. Why bother promoting new girl sizes if you're not going to make them available for purchase? PLANET T SUCKS!
