My time is valuable. If I have an appoinment at 10: 20am I expect to be seeing within reasonable amount of time. Not 30 minutes later. They made me a pair of single vision lenses. When they came in, I went to get them. Could not see well with them. I was not examined again with the new lenses. I have never been to a doctors office for lenses, and not have an eye exam with the new glasses. I will be going elsewhere for service.

Great place. Super clean and organized, friendly, professional staff. Dr. Bhakta is wonderful: Very thorough and calm, patiently answers all questions and truly wants to find the best solution for her patients. This was my second or third time here and I will definitely continue!

Dr Bhakta is very knowledgeable. Her eye exams are the most thorough I’ve had. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They iffer a variety of options from frames, lens replacement, and contacts. This was my 3rd visit in the past 5 years.

Dr. Bhakta Is an excellent Optometrist. I have keratoconus and she is very patient when it comes to making sure that she fits you with the perfect contact lenses so that you can have a great fit and see 20/20. I also admire how diligent and thorough she is and she is a perfectionist… She wants to make sure that you were completely satisfied and is 100% focused during her appointments… She has all the latest equipment and is truly an expert in this area… I live in Fort Lauderdale so I travel the 40 miles to be seen by her as she’s better than any other optometrist for treating keratocunus In South Florida…

Dr Bhakta is very personable and thorough in her diagnostic. She creates a family like environment and alway offer options and recommendations. Not at pushy. You must also see John at the front desk, very patient and friendly offering on selection should you require glasses. I recommend this facility Planet Vision On Lakeworth Road and especially to see Dr Bhakta the best.

I took my children here yesterday and our visit was excellent. Just waiting on the glasses to come in. I will update once they arrive.

Dr. Bhakta and her team are we’re super friendly from start to finish! I just wish the frames had prices on them so you kinda have an idea of how much you are going to spend or if you are on a budget. But everyone was so friendly and so helpful! Really enjoy my experience thank you so much!

All of the staff at this office is kind and always willing to assist in anyway they can. They do a great job of keeping the office clean and wiping down the equipment before you use it. I recently came in for my annual appointment and decided to go with contacts. Dr Bhakta worked with me for over an hour to find the right contact lens for my eyes. Our mission is not complete yet but she has not given up on finding the perfect contact for my eyes.

This is the best eye doctor I've ever been to! Everyone is friendly and nice they make the office feel like home. They found out something wrong with my eyes that no one else could and now I can see! I will defiantly come back again and tell everyone I know to go to planet vision!

I had the best eye exam with Dr. Bhakta, she was very thorough and gave me the most detailed eye exam I have ever had. Her staff were very friendly and they had such a great selection of eyewear. The eyeglasses I purchased were so cute. I will definitely be going back every year!
