Enid was amazing! Such a wonderful person. All the staff was wonderful and so informative and supportive! Definitely recommend this location.

The customer service provide here was absolutely outstanding. I have never experienced the type of care like I did here anywhere else.
A huge shoutout to Lynn, for providing thorough information throughout my process. Rachael for her kind bubbly energy and Van for comforting me during my recovery. They made me feel valued, important, and cared for. Please don’t stop making a difference, your efforts and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. I would recommend this location 1million times over to anyone and everyone who is is need of Planned Parenthood Services.

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to go to. Everyone was so sweet. Lady with the short curly hair was definitely my favorite she made sure everyone was comfortable. Every place like this should definitely have someone like her. The snacks were amazing too ️?

Enid yolanda was so amazing when i came and she made me feel so comfortable when I came into the east Orlando office she was wonderful great customer service and offered so much help. LOVE HER! So glad I came in when she was working. Such a great soul and spirit. ️ You are appreciated ENID.

Incredible experience from beginning to end. You can tell everyone working and volunteering here really do care about you. They went above and beyond with my case and even provided me the sweetest care package. I can’t recommend them enough!

Enid from the front desk was great! And made me feel so comfortable and made my experience 10 times better.

The staff here were absolutely amazing and took very great care of me. Amongst the best, was Dr. S who ultimately saved my life and Mrs. Enid who talked me through every visit. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, this was such a trying time in my life and having someone there who showed me genuine care was absolutely what I needed to get me through. I will forever be grateful to her for her generosity and support, more people in the medical field should give the type of love she gives to patients when they arrive.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. From my nurse Judy, my doctors and even the amazing volunteers there. Van was beyond caring and compassionate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ️

I felt very welcomed I was so surprised. The lady I talked to was Enid and she was great. They provided snacks as well which I definitely did not expect. I was so nervous to walk in but Enid definitely made sure to make me feel at home!

Enid made everything so much better. I started off SUPER nervous and her light and kind spirit made this so much easier and very helpful
