Planned Parenthood - Fort Myers Health Center

I have no complaints about this place, the staff was super friendly and attentive to my needs, super clean and welcoming, the wonderful nurses and doctor made me feel in a comfort zone.

This establishment was awesome when I went. The staff was friendly, kind, sympathetic, and understanding to my issues and concerns and address everything quickly, efficiently, and with professionalism!
I drove over an hour to be seen and I would gladly do it again with the level of service they attended to me with.
The staff all around was incredible. The facility was clean and felt very inviting and felt like a safe environment to be in.
No judgment was felt only concern to address you and your needs. More places like this are needed for people of all ages and walks of life!
I personally went in with a slight concern to be checked up on after being cancelled on by a fancy independent doctor that did not care I needed to be seen and had health issues. This place was my saving grace!
Special thanks to Milly, Flo and the two other intake helpers working that day that I can’t not remember their names at the moment.
If more places could be like this it would be awesome. Donate and give more funding to places like these! They are life savers.

Unprofessional and incompetent staff.
No communication what so ever regarding lab results.
Took 6 weeks to get results back by mail.

Wednesday, I went over there around 11 am. One of the staff was so unprofessional; she rolled her eyes when the other coworker showed her my ID; by rolling her eyes, she probably said in her head, “Or not her again” The way she reacted It’s like she was tired of seeing me, or I was annoying her. I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. I felt like she was judging me. I’m not coming to this place anymore. Every patient should feel comfortable and safe.

Thank you to the staff at the Fort Myers Planned Parenthood for making my visit seamless, safe and quick. Thank you particularly to Milli for making the check in process understandable and fast, Alice for being very thorough in going over questions with me and drawing my blood, and Marison for answering any question I had. From start to finish, this was a great experience.

Doctor Flo is nice however too rough during papsmears. I made it probably down the road before feeling faint and almost passing out due to the discomfort/ weird feeling after leaving the office post pelvic exam. This was only my second one ever but it felt like she went too hard and too fast

Friendly and supportive staff. They provided excellent care to me and I actually felt herd about what’s going on with me. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a clinic before. Those protesters out there really don’t understand all of the wonderful care that’s provided here.

My experience at the clinic was so good. I felt that the staff really cared and guided me the whole time. I got the arm implant and the process was quick and well explained to me even though I had already had it. 10/10 would recommend a friend to visit them for any services. Additionally the staff spoke Spanish which made me feel included and represented as a Latina.

When I called for my appointment the process was easy and quick over the phone.but i clearly remember them saying “no children” but I was allowed to bring one person with me. Once I arrived they told me my mom couldn’t come inside with me she had to wait outside and mind you it’s really hot in Florida and my cars ac is currently not working but my mom did what she could. I entered the lobby and saw a lady with her 2-3 year old child.anyways I loved the staff they were super nice to me and shoutout to the girl who attended me! Super kind and sweet I wish I got her name. I will never forget you and thank you for making me feel better.

Staff is not helpful in anyway. Very judgemental. Never get a call back. Put in an IUD for me with limited information. No aftercare or support at all. Can't even get a call back anymore. Last person I spoke to told me to "find a real gynecologist. "

My experience with Milly, Katiana and Letty has always been stellar. They are kind loving and always wearing smiles even behind their masks. Definitely recommend!

I've been going to Planned Parenthood for many years. The staff are always so kind and patient. They listen to you and take steps to accommodate all your needs. It always touches my heart how nice and friendly everyone is. I feel like I can be open and talk with them about anything in the world. I genuinely love the staff and this office and will always come here for any of my needs.

Every single person that I interacted with at this location was absolutely the kindest and most caring human. Thank you all for what you do!
