Irresponsible company. I've been calling them for 3 weeks to do the service and they always say they're going to dare and they never do, they shouldn't hire this company

Atrocious customer service. Zero flexibility on plans. I called three times to correct service intervals and write a letter I enclosed with payment, nothing. Young lady on the phone acted like she was doing me a favor. They do a couple houses on my block, should not be a big deal. Same weeds after several treatments. If I could go lower than one star, I would. The response will be that a manager will reach out. How about the owner reach out?

I used PIE for years after struggling to find a good lawn fertilization and weed control company for my floratam grass. They were great for the longest time. Late in 2022 I started mowing my own grass and was shocked to find it full of weeds. I counted 6 different types of weeds that had a strong foothold in my yard. I reached out to PIE and they said someone would come out to discuss with me and they would do an extra lawn treatment. Surprise, nobody came and no extra treatment. I called again and they waved my February service charge, did an extra treatment, and promised a supervisor would call me. The supervisor never called and while they did an extra treatment, it didn't resolve the weeds. I really wanted to make it work with PIE. I gave them almost 3 months to get the problem corrected. Finally, I stopped my service and switched to a different company called Super D. The new company has been very responsive, sends me photos when they come out to service my yard, and they give me a full breakdown of all of the chemicals they've used. And my weeds are finally under control! I don't know what's going on with Plant It Earth and I can no longer recommend them.

Please stay away!
I called and asked a manger to call me, however, surprise, no one called.
They did half of my house, according to my cameras.
There are a lot other companies that do a great job.
Tru green being one of them.
I have more weeds than I did with my other company. I guess you pay for what you get.

Service was good when we were serviced out of Plant City. Then they switched us to service out of Sarasota and it was awful. Not thorough, not well managed, not responsive to complaints, couldn't even credit my account when I paid the final bill to cancel and called me until I had to provide the cancelled check.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

We’ve been very satisfied with our service but this morning I was pleasantly surprised when they blew off our driveway, front and back! I’m never home when they show and today I happen to be. It’s the little things like this that set them apart. Thank you Plant it Earth!

We had PIE for almost 2 years and our technician was great. PIE decided to change our technician and down hill from there. We called to have him meet us at our house and it was 1 excuse after another. First time yard to dry 2nd time too wet he sprayed our St. Augustine and in no time at all dead patches all over and he claimed it was already damaged. I called and requested to have our tech back and they refused. So I cancelled my service. The young lady I spoke with said her manager would call but never did. Technician showed up to our house after I cancelled and I asked him what he was doing and I told him I had. Cancelled due to his poor performance and he made a couple smart remarks and left. My neighbor also canceled due to her yard looking bad also. What a shame as we had a beautiful yard with the 1st tech. We have moved on to another company.

Always flinging rocks at my car, blowing piles of dirt and leaves under my door, and damaged my front porch without telling me.

A huge shout out to Thomas and his partner! Two great guys who are knowledgeable, personable, and professional! Great assets to Plant It Earth.

Inconsistent service that resulted in my yard being infiltrated with weeds and grass dying. I would steer clear.

We noticed that quite a few of our neighbors use P. I. E.and thought we would give them a try. We are pleasantly surprised at the great service, excellent results and reasonable pricing.

I came for the PIE and stayed for the lawn feeding. PIE has done a great job keeping my lawn in good shape.

They do a Great job for us. Much better than our last service.

Approx. 2 years ago some of the lawn had a fungus that left a dead ring on the lawn. They treated the lawn for fungus. The lawn in that section has never fully recovered. The grass is slow growing and doesn't look healthy.

Excellent business very reliable and does an excellent job also if you need a service done in between services they come out to respray

My lawn already looks better after 5 treatments. Weeds are gone and grass is thriving! I should have done this a long time ago!
