I have had nothing but a positive experience since I’ve started dealing with Plantation Ford. I’ve purchase 2 vehicles there and only service them there. I had service done on my vehicle yesterday and dealt with Jose Perez. He made it the best experience I’ve had dealing with a customer representative. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, informative and overall putting the customer first. Thank you Jose Perez and Plantation Ford for EXCELLENT customer service and timely vehicle maintenance.

Friendly staff. So glad they didn't make me feel like walking out from pushy sales tactics. I went in to see the Bronco. Loved it! No inventory though. I understand the supply shortage. Cannot wait 5-8 months for a vehicle.

Since purchasing my Ford Explorer in 2014, I have dealt exclusively with Plantation Ford for all servicing of my vehicle. Julie handled both the initial service inspection visit and the follow up appointment for the work (the work was completed timely and to my satisfaction). Julie demonstrated professionalism, was very courteous (especially considering my many questions) and proved herself to be quite knowledgeable. An overall excellent experience.

Mike Kirwan was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting and ordering the right truck for our needs. He was honest and upfront about price, service and delivery. As a matter of f act the truck came in a month earlier than anticipated. We could not be happier.

My Service Advisor Cammy is the greatest & she is the reason I continually return to Ford for repairs. She is accommodating, understands the customer experience & does her best to alleviate issues. There is a different location closer to me, but I will only use Cammy!

Mike Marino, my fleet advisor, has been instrumental in making sure that our fleet is always running in tip-top shape. His proactive approach to our vehicle maintenance, scheduling, on-time delivery and forecasting is really what makes all the difference. Add all that to his knowledge and expertise regarding EVERYTHING automotive and you can easily see how he is an indispensable asset for us and I'm sure I speak for all the other fleets he manages in South Florida. We consider him family around here!
