I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The young lady was very professional and knowledgeable about the fabric of the suit coat I had dry cleaned. When I came for pick up the same young lady greeted me and even remembered me. I will be back for any type of service they provide!

This dry cleaners did excellent work on dry cleaning 2 very large hand crocheted bedspreads. These antique bedspreads were made years ago by my grandmother. They were yellowed. This dry cleaners did a beautiful job caring and cleaning them. They are so white.

Love them! The staff is amazing. The quality is outstanding. While the prices are high and the hours are difficult for working people, it is worth it!

Beware. I brought many designer clothes that had sustained water damage to Precision Cleaners in Naples. At first they were very helpful but quite vague with their pricing however I said yes to the service and estimate. Days later when inquiring about when they would be done, they added $300 to the price and didn't ask me if that was ok before proceeding. When finally I went to get the clothes, I decided to check their work before paying. To my astonishment everything was worse than when I brought them in, with additional stains, pills, runs, and pulls. Keep in mind most of the clothes had never been worn and I removed the tags with an employee and inspected the clothes prior to leaning. I asked to point out out the flaws and the staff become annoyed and very unhelpful as she had no answers, suggestions or even tried to make it right. They really just wanted me to pay and leave. I asked for someone up the management chain to help us and they gave us a number to Joyce, who we assumed would help us. Joyce and candy told us that sometimes water stained clothes after dry cleaning make them worse. I thought that's not a good advertising slogan or mention before I did business. Then Candy an employee accused me of having my fiance wash them at home and ruin them. They also told us Precision should of charged me an extra 20% higher and be thankful because of all the new business from the many customers effect by the hurricane. "Price gouging. " After more really poor, disrespectful, misleading service I had to beg for Precision to clean them again. As of now, they are being held ransom as they informed us because they had to clean them again we went to the back of the line. They told us first one day, the next day, then you’ll get them when you get them. I was hoping somebody in charge higher than Joyce or candy would probably had given us a call as I asked, which Joyce told me someone would call but that’s another promise that went unfulfilled still now no one called and Precision just treats me like I am the problem and not their work. I would recommend another cleaner. Zero star for them. Horrible people and liars
