Highly disrespectful and unprofessional staff that this company has neglecting me from speaking to a manager to place a complaint on how unprofessional the lady and man who “could not hear me on the phone” apparently. I understand policies but you can be professional and respectful to do things, I will await an answer on here with information on who I Can speak with to place a complaint about the two unprofessional “customers service representatives” I spoke with and have direct complaint to both of them not not giving me access to a manage to place the complaint on them cause they are cowards and that it not how you hold a company down, they need training. They need professionals to take charge of the calls cause these two are not it….
The First Lady hid behind her tail and hung up on me without confirming with me first if I was done she just blatantly hung up you can see in the logs since you “record all calls” and the second guy when I called the third time when the disrespectful lady clearly hung up on me again when I asked for a manager. He answered and “could not hear me” but didn’t try speaking out to me first…. Very bad name they put on your company if you are happy with mediocre that’s why the rating you have.
