Platinum Limousine, Key West FL

This service went above and beyond! Kevin, Jeff and Rob are all amazing people! Our flight was canceled due to horrible weather and we were unable to get our flight rebooked. We asked our driver Rob to take us to Chicago from Key West and said absolutely would and drove us 1500 miles home.

Watch your statement. I was told 200 each way for an airport transfer. I then tipped 100 in cash each way. I find out later they charged my card 1,000 dollars and now they will not respond to any messages. I could have rented a car for less. Do not give them your card. Do not use them for any length of travel. Either rent a car or use Uber black or Uber x.
You’ll save 600 dollars.

We arrived at the Atlanta airport the recommended two hours prior to our flight. Two hours later we still had not gotten through security. Even though they had a full day, Kevin did his magic and adjusted to meet us at the later time. We could have lost a full day in paradise AND the fees. Wonderful customer service. Thank you.
