We were very interested in a nice truck. Jeff helped us narrow down our search, until finally settled. Great and easy process! Would recommend!

Anthony is so rude tried to trick us cause we are girls saying accessories are mandatory (I've sold cars that's not true) when asking questions he got mad and said now you have to pay 4,100 in accessories from the 2600. The. He talked down to us in fort of our child so we left I can't believe this experience if I could contact the general manager or owner I would seriously unacceptable!

Get ready to add 4k on top of the website list price for an "accessories" fee that you cannot remove. Looked at a vehicle that was listed at 28k, then of course you add $3500 worth of fees for tax, tag, title, random fees (completely normal when buying from dealership, yes) ; however, then another $4k "accessories" fee on top of that for their "lifetime trans/engine/etc replacement" - Worth it? Probably. But when you're shopping on a 32k budget and go their planning to buy the vehicle but they blindside you with another 4k that you didn't plan for - it just isn't right. They advertise that their vehicles (if under 80k miles and 2018 or newer) COME WITH a lifetime warranty; however, it's an additional cost (in my case $4k and we didn't have that extra money, nor did we want that coverage). My opinion, if they have a car you really like, ask for the final price before driving it and loving it, only to get your hopes down when your 4k short. Going to Carmax today to buy the same exactly vehicle (different color) for 4k less - no hidden fees (they told me the price ON THE PHONE before even going their, whereas, plattners sales person, Tracy, told me "idk im not the finance person" - AKA being sneaky. Save yourself the time/hassle and go somewhere that allows you to drive the vehicle for 24 hours and fully get a feel for the car and allow your mechanic look it over quick as well. When a dealership tells you that you can't take the vehicle for the day to really test drive it, red flag (plattners auto). In the 6x that I've purchased a vehicle, I've never been told that I couldn't take a vehicle for the day to have my mechanic look it over for me and fully test drive the car and get a good feel for it without a salesperson talking my ear off and distracting me (make sure seat heaters work, doesn't overheat, battery is 100%, oil looks good, brakes, roaters, all plugs and electric things in the vehicle, etc). Carmax let us take the car for 24 hours and now we are purchasing the vehicle from them (clearly not hiding anything unlike Plattners). Win Win. Oh, and we had financing already locked in place through Suncoast and they strongly try to push you running your credit through THEIR BANKS as well (another way of scamming/making more money off you) and they refuse to take no as an answer even though you said no thanks 5x in a row - Comment I got from Anthony is "so you don't want me to save you money? " All in all, not a great vibe/experience. Wouldn't go back. Especially since we only test drove the vehicle because Tracy stated that it COMES WITH a lifetime warranty (when you state that, you assume that's included in the list price) - nope 4k more. Also, to add, received an email from them that the vehicle could be offered to us for 25k but on their website its listed for 28k. Anthony said he couldn't honor the price that THEY EMAILED US (literally showed him the email on my phone) LOL overall a huge joke and waste of our time and theirs

Had the pleasure of working with Tracey at the Lehigh location this week. Very attentive, responsive and a delight to work with! Picking up my new truck at the Labelle location shortly. All though my dream truck was not on Tracey’s lot, she helped me all week locate and transport it to make it easier for us. I appreciate all of her work! Highly recommend for future purchases!

I drove an hour and a half to this dealer and it was totally worth it. The staff and finance manager went over and beyond to assist with the purchase of my new car! They were very friendly and respectful throughout the whole car buying purchase. They only have nice vehicles at this dealer. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle to check them out!

They expect you to have a ridiculous amount of money to put down on a vehicle. If I had 4000$ to throw down you think I'd be at this little backwoods dealership? Ridiculous.

Add $4-5k to online price. Not sure why no one is upfront. People just like to waste each other's time. Call ahead to get actual pricing. If price is too good to be true, trust your instinct.

How anyone can sell someone a $22000 car knowing full well it was totally defective in my everyway is beyond me. This is the worse dealership imaginable. Don't by any means buy a car or truck oranything from them. I have all paperwork needed to back up this statement.

After looking on car gurus for 2 weeks and seeing the same pick-up listed I drove to plattner only to be told they decided not to sell that truck. I asked why it was still advertised they told me they were forced to keep it on the internet. The salesperson then tried to sell me a truck that was literally more than double the price

She was super sweet & went above & beyond along with the finances gentleman to get me in my dream truck. Couldn’t ask for more caring & dedicated team. Thank you Tracey for all you did that day for my son & I. Definitely always recommend you to people & get tons of compliments on my truck!

Run don't walk away. The worst set of dealerships I have ever entered in 44 years in the automobile business. I felt bad for the employees to have to put up with ownership but Rich the manager is so angry at the world he takes it out on his only bilingual employee. Condescending, pushy, even some racism towards non English speaking people. Barking orders and saying they don't understand just get a license. F rating on BBB. Do your homework please. All public knowledge.

Horrible dealership. They are liars and will lead you on. Was told I need to put down a deposit to have them move a car for me. Next day I’m told that car has been sold. So I choose another car as i was told the deposit was transferable to another car. They then tell me they are not able to move any cars for me from other locations and that if I want that car I had to drive almost 2+ hours to go get. They were pushy and mis leading. They didn’t take the time to listen to what I actually wanted in a vehicle and continued to try to force me to get something I didn’t want. I went else where and am so glad I did! Don’t shop here!

We purchased a vehicle on 3/10 there, it was a new trade in and filthy. We were offered a test drive and the sales lady rode in front. Everything appeared to be ok so we walked inside to do paperwork. The sales lady made an appt on Monday the 13th at the Labelle location for a detail. While the car was there they noticed the back up camera was upside down. My husband drove to the Lehigh location and alerted them and they made an appt for 3/27 (first available) again at the Labelle location. I also found out the previous owner had complained about the camera and Galeana had told him it was a factory defect. On 3/29 I got a call from "Rich" the manager at Lehigh saying nothing could be done. WRONG! If the car had been properly checked before put for sale, the defect would have been caught.
