Plaza Premium Lounge, Orlando FL

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the MCO Airport Plaza Premium Lounge and was fortunate enough to have Chef Javier Rivera cater to my dietary needs as a vegan. Chef Javier went above and beyond to create a remarkable gluten-free vegan pasta dish for me, showcasing his culinary talent and dedication to accommodating different dietary preferences.

First and foremost, I was impressed by Chef Javier's attentiveness and willingness to understand my dietary restrictions. He took the time to inquire about my preferences and crafted a personalized dish that exceeded my expectations. The gluten-free vegan pasta he prepared was a delightful combination of flavors and textures, leaving me thoroughly satisfied and eager to return.

Beyond my own dining experience, I noticed Chef Javier's commitment to meeting the dietary needs of other guests as well. Despite the hustle and bustle of an airport environment, he effortlessly catered to various dietary restrictions, including Mexican cuisine. This level of versatility and attention to detail is truly commendable.

In addition to his culinary skills, Chef Javier displayed an amiable and professional demeanor throughout my visit. Our family stop by the lounge on our way to DC. This is the first time we visit the lounge at terminal C. It is really nice lounge. They served hot food, fruits, salad l, desserts and drinks which is plenty. Paulette at the front was really nice and informative. Definitely will come back

Just spent some quality time at Plaza Premium Lounge. The ambience is quiet and soothing. The food was delicious. And we were especially appreciative of the attentive treatment we received from Nelson and Lamiya. Great spot!

Dan and Danielle were the most amazing bartenders! They were very attentive and the place was very clean. Food was great too which was a huge plus!

These guys are absolutely amazing! 5star service here. I’m vegan and always stuck eating bread in lounges. The bartender Danelle was super accommodating and told me they could cook a vegan meal from scratch, wow! Then Chef Frank Wallis came out to confirm the ingredients with me and he made me an awesome pasta dish! Thank you!

Great place to be when you are passing through mco. I was looking for vegetarian options and cheff frank came through to specially make vegetable pasta and onr of the best

Nelson soda and Lamiya were excellent, the service in the lounge is very good. The ambiance and the view from is excellent. All of you if possible enjoy this lounge

Beautiful Lounge at Orlando airport and very amazing staff. This was my first time here and the front Desk staff (Mr. Nelson and Ms. Lamiya) downstairs were so very welcoming and friendly! Their great attitude and smily welcome posture were absolutely fantastic! Thank you for such a great service!

Wonderful experience waiting for our flight here! The place was very clean and not only were the drinks perfect but Dan and Danielle made the experience so welcoming and fun!

Thanks to Chef Javier Rivera for making vegetarian and vegan dishes for our family. We had a vegan pasta with veggie dish and grilled cheese with fries. It’s not always easy to find vegan/vegetarian options anywhere and thankfully we were able to eat before boarding our flight to Puerto Rico.

After a very warm welcome from the friendly reception staff I had high hopes for this lounge, and once you climb the stairs you are greeted with an attractively designed space. Unfortunately things start to fall apart quickly!

At certain times of day the lounge is far too small. Emirates block off a section of the lounge for their customers however they seem to prefer to sit in the unreserved part of the lounge instead, making it very hard to find somewhere to sit - my group of three had to split up. Due to the sheer volume of people the hard working staff struggle to keep everything clean and tidy.

Food offerings make no sense. There are a couple of extremely bland hot food options and plenty of cakes and cookies, but no savoury snacks. Where is the cheese, nuts, olives etc?

If you want an alcoholic drink you will have to order it from the bar, which is chronically understaffed. The people there are superstars, working quickly to serve everyone and will make good cocktails for a $5 fee. Why not have self self service beer and wine to take some of the pressure off the bar staff?

There are 5 or 6 toilets to service the lounge, which is inadequate. On my visit they were at least clean.

In summary this could be a lovely lounge but as it stands, it’s a stressful mess.

Wilton Soto and Miya made my day and my experience at this lounge memorable! They are truly an asset to the team and I am so happy to experience this amazing lounge!

Looks beautiful. Ridiculous they don't open until noon, leaving anyone with a flight in the first half of the day out of luck. Even priority pass clubs in the other terminal are open. Too bad it's not easy to get there
