Just moved in recently and our refrigerator didn’t work. They immediately came the same day and brought us a brand new refrigerator. It came fully furnished but we didn’t need it they came the next day and got all of it the furniture when they brought the refrigerator. Other tenants I’ve seen have a had an issue or two and they were right on it. Very friendly, very affordable, very devoted renters.
