Agent was very helpful at explaining check in routine. She found us a very nice unit. Really clean and fully stocked. Will use Plumlee again.

Rented Reflections condo for 3 weeks in Jan. 2023. The condo itself was nice, clean and fairly well stocked. The view of the ocean is tremendous! The beach is great! Give it 4.5 stars.

The grounds were a much different situation. On the webpage for the condo listing it indicated outdoor grill on site. In talking to maintenance personnel, they indicated there have never been outdoor grills on the grounds.

The heated pool was a tremendous disappointment. The pool was heated only from the first 3 days of our 21 day stay. The remaining 18 days the pool was unheated and unusable due to a mechanical issue. We were told that it will be weeks if not several months before repairs will be completed. The heated pool was a main reason we selected this condo complex and being unable to use the pool for most of our stay was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Give it 1 star.

Also, there is continuing construction on the North tower of the complex. Be prepared for construction noise during work hours.

So, I'll try to keep this short. My Mom reserved one of their condos on Indian rocks Beach, for her, my Son and brother's family, we couldn't find a three bedroom on such short notice. But this place advertised condo sleeps 6. Technically yes, the pull out couch was a bunch of springs covered in fabric. We got 3 pillows, for six people, one was a joke, flat as hell. No extra sheets, or pillow cases. The bathroom light didn't work as well as one of the bedrooms, it was difficult to get ready, find clothes in the dark. I ended up finding alternative accommodations for my son and I, because the pull out was torture. I am not holding that against them, it looked to be an older couch, due for an upgrade, but still I'm not giving 2 stars because of pull out couch. If I managed or owned an Airbnb, I would make sure they had cleaners, extra bedding laundry soap, dish soap, coffee so my guests didn't have to go buy it. The view was pretty, across from intercoastal, but I don't think it was worth how much they were charging. We have a lot of experience staying in Airbnbs, Hotels, etc.and I don't remember any other place ask you to load and unload dishes, strip bedding, take out trash, etc. I do that anyways, I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies, paper towels etc because, I always clean up before we leave, I just think it's odd to request that of your guests, especially when charging 150 cleaning fee. Also check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am, no exceptions! I don't remember any of our previous accomodations enforce such an early check out, normally we call and request late check out, with no problems.

We chose a premium property that supposedly met certain Plumlee standards but unfortunately the property fell short. The screen door was rusted out and had to be removed leaving us with no way to enjoy the gulf sounds and breeze without risking insects. There were other oddities such as the a/c unit was placed in and took some space in the master closet and also created noise. The main closet was filled with paint supplies so we could not use it. The building was old and tired. There frequently were queues waiting for the small elevator. This was because you need to carry a key to use the stairs. Plumlee was responsive to maintenance requests and did adjust our bill, and the location was great - steps from the beach but overall had we known the property was not up to standard we would have chosen a different one. We were advised to call Plumlee and speak to an agent who was familiar with all of the units as they can steer you away from ones that are less than desirable. Lesson learned.

I have worked with Plumlee for number of years now and they are so friendly and welcoming. Durning Covid i had change my reservation a couple of times and they worked with me and it was a such a relief.
They have made the check in process really easy and painless. If your rental isn't ready they will let use park at their office so you can go enjoy the beach for eat at the nearby restauratns.

We were in Sandcastle III, 504, very nice condo. Office is super helpful, gave us some free museum tickets due to our flights being cancelled and losing a day of vacation. Free bikes are nice, but you do have to get to the office to get them, so it's not as convenient as they make it sound, but still a nice perk and there are PLENTY to choose from! Red Box-type DVD rentals also in office. Good location for walking to shops/restaurants if you are ok with longer walks (we are!). Great walking beach. Always plenty of loungers on the pool deck. We would definitely consider a return to this property.

Would not recommend this Realty Company for Rental. Terrible experience on a recent vacation. Have been renting condos in the Indian Shores area for many years. Sandcastles 1 and 2. Charging premium prices for very run down rental. Very disappointing experience. The experience left me not wanting to go back to Sandcastles, but i decided that I will continue to return to one of my favorite beaches, i will just never go through Plumlee again. I only gave 1 star because it forced me to.

Excellant rental company. They were the nicest people in an area where they have been inundated with huge amounts of tourists in the last 2 years! It must get old but you would never know as they treat everyone like their first customer! I would definitely rent from Plumlee again.

Overall Beach Cottages was a nice facility with a great view and a great beach. Our particular room 2205 needed to be updated specifically the carpet. The A/C did not work but in March that was not a large concern. We would stay with them again just in a different room.

The staff was friendly. Easy check in/out. A couple small problems and they were addressed quickly. Will definitely rent thru them again.

Beware! This place will take your money but not respond to problems. I've called and left 3 emails and no one will attend to the issue. They put us off our original date due to " elevator repairs. " When we tried to cancel later, they're refusing to return my request to cancel.cancel

The condo itself was wonderful. The owners put a lot of care into their condo. Each year it has been nice to see upgrades, such as new appliances, furniture, lighting, etc. It's comfortable and the views are great. The condition and upkeep of the building have been a disappointment. Needs more attention to basic things like lighting, broken door closers, paint, cleanliness, etc. It's very nice to have a rental manager on site.

If you are looking for a nice, reliable, clean beach rental, Plumblee is the place to call. Great locations and service.

A very beautiful and well/kept condo. On the gulf so views are beautiful. Very comfortable beds and nice sheets. Sofa throw pillows were worn and could be replaced. Could’ve used a luggage cart and think Plumlee provided one towards the end of our stay. Plumlee responds promptly to any requests from guests. Close to wonderful restaurants that you can just walk to. Overall a perfect stay.

Their realtor is very unprofessional and very rude. They are extremely difficult to work with. Take my advice and if u are planing on buying any property stay away if Plumlee is the broker. Save yourself alot of time. Go work with professional people.
