With two watches facing technical issues, the support and service I received were outstanding. Remarkably, both pieces were fixed and serviced within a day, fitting perfectly with my tight schedule. Moreover, the pickup was conveniently arranged closer to my initial stay location, adding to the ease and satisfaction of the service. Highly recommend for their efficiency and customer care.

I can't say enough great things about Plus Platinum Jewelry. Ben has been my jeweler for well over 25 years. I'm a native New Yorker and moved back to NY in 2002 but still have used him throughout the years for all my jewelry. Their jewelry is gorgeous and some very unique pieces. Their customer service is outstanding. I deal mostly with Sasha and she is beyond amazing. They are currently redoing my wedding band and engagement ring to custom made rings. This place is a rip off. Buyers BEWARE! Do NOT send your jewelry to be repaired here as they will ruin what you had - use cheap metal to size rings - and they will lie to you (even though you've been in the jewelry business and know what you are talking about) They will keep your repair for weeks and return your item the same or worse than it was. I would give them NO STARS and wish that my darling husband wouldn't have been ripped off by these people.

Excellent service, they fixed all my repairs on the spot, and gave me a great price on a Rolex. Highly recommend going for all your jewelry needs.
