Michelle is worth every penny! Our 3 year old German shepherd has stayed with her several times since he was a puppy and he comes back home a well behaved, calm dog every time. Baloo has learned proper socialization and gets all the cuddles he needs while learning healthy boundaries. She really treats him like her own. 10/10

We recently moved to the Orlando area from Texas and were blessed to find Pluto's! Rosé has loved going to see Michelle and her new pack since day 1. I love the passion that Michelle has for the pack and her knowledge is vast!

In one word: This is the place for you pup, don’t look at anywhere else.

I’ve boarded my fur baby, Link at serval boarding facilities/pet resorts with 24-7 camera access throughout the years, spending 100$/day. But Link never seems to like any of the places I chose. He never plays with other dogs, or looks relaxed. (Picture 1) He’d get anxious as soon as he realizes where he’s going. And the moment we’re at the front desk, he’s already pulling towards the door asking to leave which makes me feel so sad.

After moving to FL, I struggled to find a place that I feel I can trust and Link would actually be happy while we’re out of town until I found Pluto’s Pal. Michelle is such a life saver and I’m so happy and grateful for her. Link makes friends, plays and runs around like he’s at home. I smile every time I see the pictures and videos of Link and the Pack. Dogs don’t talk, but their behaviors don’t lie. (See pictures)

As far as medical history/ vaccination proofs/ proof of preventatives, it really speaks for how much Michelle cares about the health and safety of the Pack, including Link. It’s necessary.

We’re planning a long trip this summer, and I know Link will have a good staycation with his furiends and Michelle while we enjoy ours.

I highly recommend Michelle and Pluto’s Pals Pet Care for all your puppy and dog needs. Our puppy has been attending pack days for the past 6 months. He gets excited every time he sees Michelle. He has learned to behave and socialize with other dogs during pack days. He’s spent a few weekends with her when we’ve gone out of town. Our family was first time dog owners. Naturally, we had many questions. Michelle has been very helpful and responsive with all our questions and concerns.

We recently moved down to Celebration from Ohio. Our pup went to daycare 4-5 times a week. He loved the interaction with other dogs and had his favorite humans too! Making the transition was tough being that I could not find a doggy daycare that met our needs. We needed Grey to run have fun and come home tired! After 4 months of scheduled visits, questions and reading reviews I FINALLY found Pluto's Pals.
The vetting process was deep and took a while. Michelle's level of expectation is top notch. Her love for dogs and their well-being was evident from the start. Our GreyBae was accepted by her right away and he decided that she was HIS too! Little did we know, Grey had many issues including anxiety, food insecurity and alpha confusion! Her knowledge of the canine psyche is impressive. Grey's behavior has changed so much. We just thought he was a nut job after he came into the world so sickly.
Over the past 4 weeks, we have come to know and love our Grey in a new way! Michelle has worked with him individually and with her beloved Pack. His anxiety has decreased; he respects his human family now. She has educated us about the Canine Triangle (Trust-Respect-Love) which was off-balance in our household before we met her! Grey now obeys, shows respect and has accepted us as Alpha's rather than "The stupid humans! ". In addition to the consistent training, The Pack play, go on walks, swim in the pool and have downtime with snacks and naps.

Michelle is the absolute BEST!
I took Leo, my dog, to Plutospals daycare as a puppy and he came home exhausted from all the learning and playing they do daily!
I then later enrolled Leo in their Bootcamp program because he had major behavioral issues and I literally now have a brand new doggy after the few weeks he spent training with Michelle. Not only did she turn my baby into a confident, calm and just overall well behaved dog, she even spent 2hours at home with us to teach me how to reinforce everything she had taught him at the end of the program. She even went the extra mile to provide me with a schedule and a packet of training she personally made. Leo still occasionally attends pack days/daycare and even spends the night when I need a break or leave town. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my baby. I know Michelle loves and cares for each dog in the pack like her own. Thank you! ️

Everything about this service was ok. Nothing special. Nothing bad. A few things could be better. Not a bad option. Not the best option.

Michelle has a different approach from everyone else. I found out she trained under Cesar Milan, which was impressive. Part of her training includes training you, as the owner. She explained that a huge part of your dog's behavior comes from the energy you put out. That was a game changer. I'm so grateful and highly recommend!

Michelle is incredible. We moved here late 2022 and it was hard to find a good daycare/boarding facility (there are many options to choose from, but none seemed to have the quality I was looking for). I found Michelle, called her, and Kobe made it into the pack a couple days later! He absolutely loves it there and I appreciate Michelle’s approach - she emphasizes training and fun! She’s also the only person that’s been able to trim his nails, which we’ve always had a hard time with. I travel 45 min one-way to get to her so that says a lot about my trust. You’ll definitely get the full package with Michelle!

We LOVE Michelle and her pack! Hope and Louis are both graduates and I cannot say enough good things about her program. We have trained, boarded, and done pack days with Michelle. My pups are always happy to see her. I highly recommend Pluto’s Pals Pet Care. She always treats them like they are her own. ️

We can’t thank Michelle enough for everything she has done for our family and most of all for our 2 dogs, Nikita and Big Rig. We rescued Kita 2 years ago after spending 3 years (her whole life) at a shelter. We never truly knew what an insecure, afraid dog was until we got her. We gained her trust little by little but her fear of strangers got worse. She barked at everyone - it was hard to have family and friends over because she constantly barked at them. So - we got another dog to help her - Big Rig, 4 mos old. Rigged helped but she too was picking up some of Kita’s fear. That’s when we reached out to Michelle. Her boot camp was a game changer for both dogs and us! They are SO much happier and Kita actually will go up and greet people now! Their recall is perfect and our walks are so enjoyable. Michelle also works with us so we can re-enforce all their training and continue building Kita’s trust and live in the present! Thank you so much Michelle! You and the pack are part of our family!

I spent a really long time researching a safe and reliable boarding/day care for my pup. After going through over a dozen websites, FB/Google/Yelp reviews, I decided to take him to Pluto’s. Pricier than the other dog boarders in comparison but I couldn’t have made a better choice. Michelle knew exactly how anxious and afraid I was feeling leaving him behind (he’s never been away from home) and she really put my mind at ease the entire time he was in her care. She communicated several times a day, and I always looked forward to checking her IG posts to see what they were up to. Most importantly, my boy looked so happy with the pack and it was so heartwarming to see.
When it was time to pick him up, I was very excited to be reunited with him but at the same time I felt sad that he had to leave his new friends behind. I’m hoping to be able to take him back for some play days when the new location is ready. A million thanks to Michelle for taking very good care of him. He had such a fun time!

We had SUCH a great experience with Pluto’s Pals. Michelle sent us photos and posted videos of our puppy and we seriously wouldn’t send her anywhere else moving forward. I also really appreciated the cleaning regiment and safety precautions they take, we knew she was both happy and safe. The best part was that when our puppy came back home from boarding she was better behaved too! We love boarding our girl with a trainer.

Our dog has come a long way after being at the daycare. Michelle also does individual training at our home on occasion, which has been very beneficial with her knowledge and expertise.

The BEST pet care. I left my pup Casper with Michelle for a holiday week. She took amazing care of him, she was extremely responsive, she posts videos of the pups all throughout the day so you can stay updated as well. Casper made so many friends and had the time of his life! I would 100% recommended Pluto’s Pals, I was not worried one bit with Casper being away. I also love that the dogs are not in a kennel all day long, it’s seriously a vacation for them!
