Great excellent first class costumer service always. They will go the extra mile for you and make sure everything, as much as reasonably possible, is made possible for you.

This branch is wonderful. Outstanding customer service and staff is always very helpful, friendly, prompt. Also open on Saturdays, major plus.

My partner called to speak to the manager from monday to Friday, the person that always answer said he was in a mitin and looks like he was always in mitins, cause he never call back, I now understand why so many people complaint for the bad service.

I have been to the branch a few times and I find everyone to be kind and helpful.

I have never been into a bank with no customer service sense like this. I went to see a banker to talk about my account, she never introduce herself, never talk about the product she was basically doing it because I wanted to, never talk to me to build that banker connection, she was basically all the time talking and in an un appropriate manner with someone over the phone, she just rush to open it, never asked for my information like email to put into the system, at the end I asked her a copy of the disclosures and paperwork she did and never gave it to me because according to her they are not supposed to give copies. No reason to call her by her name, because she never told me.it is incredible and poor customer service, the actitud, the personal apparience she was not giving bussines actitude, it doesn’t worth it.

Basically I was waiting in the lobby waiting to meet a great personal banker experience but i met with the rudest service ever in bank i have received, This branch doesn’t worth it. Unbelievable this customer service
It was horrible like there they don't appreciate my business or they don't want to deal with customer, so why are they working overthrew or being a bank if they don't care care of their customers and their business.

We have had nothing but good experiences with this bank. Marvel helped us with our loan and when we were interested in buying a home he connected us to the mortgage department. They are very helpful and the interest rates are amazing.

These people charge you more money to cash a check than any other bank have you bank with PNC you should just close your account they are a bunch of rip offs Liars scumbags trust me go to Chase or someone way better don't waste your time

There were many problems with PNC Bank, I will try to make it simple: I opened a bank account because I bought a car from Toyota dealership and I got a 6.09% (3 months no payments) with 700 score, which I consider high interest. I opened a bank at the branch, because Bank promised me I can get an extra 0.25% (like 5.84%) if I have a direct deposit so I did connected, and also I was promised online and over the phone and even in person at bank that if I open the virtual Wallet I could get 300$ for new user. It was all lie, even qualifying for those promotions, I did not receive anything. Stop Lying!

When I came to make an account the the woman told me I needed bank statements fro an old bank she was also not helpful she was kind of nasty, I went to the one on Collins street they all were more then helpful, if I could give no stars I would

I don't understand all the negative reviews. This branch of PNC was very helpful and in a great location, had no problems - just compliments!

They didnt want to change the check.and took. $10 processing fee if you dont have an account. TDB is the best.

Went cash a check they made me feel very uncomfortable. I had my id's and check was in my name. I was the o ly black in there. No black employees or patrons. It's sad. It's 2016
