I would never bank here again Pnc charges $2.50 per image you look at on your mobile app. They couldn’t provide me with 2020 bank statements only 3 month back.

Avoid PNC like the plaque, they are notorious for “nickle and diming” you into HUNDREDS of dollars worth of overdraft fees which they will not help you with, whether or not you are a student, whether or not we are in a pandemic, they have zero sympathy. I don’t want to have to go with a new bank but in this case I have no choice. It surprised me they are simply ok with losing a customer rather than helping at all. After this week PNC will never make another dime off of me.

I love the staff.at this branch. The former manager Tony (now retired) the new manager Jessica, the teller Daniel, the branch associate Reuben and so many more. This crew has made my financial transition to Florida so stress free. Kudos to the entire staff.

Manager and staff are lazy. Anytime you has to wait for a someone available and everyone got things to do accept the costumers. Hey people costumer first please

After meeting with the branch manager, Jessica, to discuss opening an account for my charitable organization, the process seemed straightforward and simple. We are recently incorporated and in the process of filing for 501 (c) 3 status, of which I was upfront and honest about. Just in case anyone is wondering, it costs $600 to file for nonprofit status with the IRS, hence the reason for needing to open an account. We also have fundraising events planned in the near future to offset these costs. I came back two days later to finalize the account and make the opening deposit. The same manager, Jessica, made me wait while no one was in line, pulled me into an office, and asked for two forms of ID, which I provided. She then advised me that they would not be able to open the account after reviewing the business addresses and due to us not filing for nonprofit status with the IRS. So then why did you ask for two forms of ID? And why couldn’t I have been told this information over the phone when you have all of my contact information on file? I’m not mad that they won’t open the account. I’m mad because the branch manager wasn’t courteous enough to notify me that opening an account wouldn’t be possible. Ultimately it’s up to the bank to decide if the relationship is beneficial to both parties, but she wasted my time, which is unacceptable. She led me to believe that they would be able to open the account without any issues. I tried going to a smaller bank for a more personal touch and lower fees but obviously that was a mistake. I advise anyone looking into this bank to go elsewhere. They just opened a new Chase branch less than a mile from this location. Don’t waste your time here. Unprofessionalism at its finest.
