I do not have any issues with this bank. They are fast, courteous, polite. Any issues they have dealt promptly with. Best bank so far, in my opinion.

Luis Palmer at PNC Bank is the person to talk to when you have any questions with your banking. He is knowledgeable and honest about their services. I will be setting up a business account with them shortly. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service he provided.

I have been living in Florida for the past two years and have been to several different branches for PNC. This branch is top notch and I feel confident and comfortable every-time I walk in. Any issues, questions, or inquiries I ever have about my account, this branch always had an answer for me or pointed me in the right direction. Everyone there is friendly and go above and beyond to help.

I highly recommend this branch of PNC. The banker there, Dominique, helped me within 30 minutes. I called this branch instead of the toll free number and I was very pleased the way they resolved my concerns.

Love this branch. The entire staff was super accommodating and very knowledgeable. Was dealing with multiple variables that posed a challenge with some of my banking needs. They went above and beyond to assist me.

For certain services I wouls recommend scheduling an appointment. There is no ATM in the lobby or front entrance so when needing cash, utilize the drive through.

The entire staff really makes banking simple, relaxing and secure. Many thanks!

Tried to open a business and personal checking account here today. Yesterday I went online and set-up an appointment for this location for 2pm and assembled all the required documents and necessary IDs that were going to be required to open the account. Got there at 1: 50 and stood outside as requested in my appointment confirmation email and texted the number on the sign letting them know I was there for my appointment. 10 minutes later I was let in, asked to take a seat, and offered water. So far, so good.

45 minutes later someone came out and asked me when my appointment was - 2pm or 3pm? I responded 2pm and was told that they had called the person I was supposed to meet with and he was "on his way in". I politely explained that 45 minutes was long enough of a wait for me and that I wasn't waiting any longer and left.

They apparently don't need the business. And I don't need to associate with that type of organization.

I've been using PNC for many years, and this location for about the last 5. I don't need to come in often, but whenever I do, the staff are courteous and help quickly. I'm actually really surprised to read some of the negative reviews, and not so surprised to read others. If you have a sudden influx of cash when you didn't before, they're legally required to scrutinize it due to money laundering laws, so it's not actually their fault that they're doing due diligence. Same with lotto winnings, if you have an average balance of 10k and suddenly it changes to 10 million, of course they need to verify with the lotto commission that it's your money and not fraud. Any other reputable bank will do the same thing in both cases.

After the bank bail out by the US govt.and the economy tanked, I quit using ANY bank at all because they wanted to charge you for every little thing to do business with them. PNC is the first bank I started using again, mostly because my employer started requiring direct deposit for paychecks. They offered fee free checking account with qualifying actions, which was easy enough for me to establish. I’ve banked with them ever since, have a credit card through there bank, reasonable interest. Can use my debit card at non-PNC ATMs and reimbursed for the fees that is charged, PNC Internet banking works pretty good, never had an issue. Lost my debit card, they replaced same day at the branch. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I have had to go into the bank to make a deposit.that’s as far as it goes. It’s a good checking account / savings account bank.

Hey guys, so I left this location a few minutes ago. I have multiple accounts with PNC and I actually love PNC compared to other banks I've had. I came in to close an account I have not used in almost a year. I haven't had time to come in to close it because I work 6 days a week. Anyways I thought this would take 10 minutes at most. Once I sat down with my drivers license, account info and my ss # the lady there wanted to "update" my info. So now she was asking for multiple picture I. Ds. I asked why would I need to update my account to cancel it!? !? ! Really! Who carries multiple pictures I. Ds? I had all the info they really needed plus credit cards and health insurance cards with my info. Like what else do they wants. At the end I had to leave angry because they would cancel my account. On my way home to get all this things they wanted I decided to call their number on the back of their card and I got a wonderful lady that was able to cancel my account with the info I had already. Anyway took a 5 minute call to do something the person at this location couldn't do in like 20 minutes. PNC is great but I had a bad experience in this location that could have easily been fixed.
