Third branch in South Florida I go to open a retail account and either there is no personnel able to do so or they need an appointment to open a new account. Despite an empty lobby, the last excuse "we close in 45 minutes" was preceded by "are you a U. S.citizen? " Don't any of your employees want to work? Based on these interactions I'm compelled to close and transfer all my accounts to your competitors. Too bad, because we've been banking with PNC for 20 years since our move here from MD/PA.
