PNC Bank, Wellington FL

Disappointed that they were unable to notarize a simple legal document. When I informed the receptionist that I was a notary myself she excused herself saying it was "bank policy". TD Bank graciously was able to notarize it. I guess I'll be switching my four accounts from PNC to TD, or Truist. Too bad so sad.

I’ve been a customer for years. I went in to have a deed notarized, they informed me that they do not notarize that particular document due to conflict of interest & it goes against “PNC Law. ” There is no such thing as “bank law”. They told me that I can go to the UPS store in the plaza to get my documents notarized. Their website states they provide notary services, NO indication about what documents they can or cannot notarize. We called PNC customer service to inquire about this and they stated that ALL locations provide notary services, there are no restrictions with notarizing.

Call to get something fixed and the two girls I spoke with were very rude and got mad because they did not know how to fix the problem

I have my business account and two money market accounts here and I’ve had it at this branch for over twenty years. That’s before PNC bought my bank at least 16 years ago! They’ve been wonderful! Mary Helen even helped me personally at 9: 00PM on the PPP before funds ran out. We received the grant and it really helped us get the much needed funds! Amazing! Who does that?

Customer service is top notch! Friendly, caring professionals! Love this branch!

Hands down my favorite PNC branch. The customer service team inside was so helpful and informative on my last visit I won't be going to any other branches when I need service from PNC. Thank you Cathie!
