5Right now they are short staffed and it's frustrating. Appointments and communication are not timely.
So I go into PNC Bank here in Venice, which is the only branch within 100 miles being sarcastic of Port Charlotte. I went to cash a check from someone who owed me money in the bank charged me $14 to cash an $800 check they charge 2% of the total amount of your check. If you’re not a member, whatever happened to customer service and doing your job where someone would have to pay to cash a check to get their hard-earned money out of the bank. What you’re doing is wrong. And I hope everybody that looks up. PNC Bank realizes what crocs they are the teller. Michelle was very very nice. I felt very bad for her that these dirtbags that make up these rules that she hast to tell customers I’m gonna steal your hard earned money because my bank makes me do that as part of my job and she hast to deal with people, but the people that make the rules set up in their offices, letting the workera take all the heat for their greed good job PNC Bank you should be ashamed of yourselves you use Americans you don’t help them
I love this bank but…. The wait line for the drive through is absolutely ridiculous, always. Then, their atm is down to do your banking and have go to the drive through and wait in the ridiculous line for 10 minutes. I would give them 5 stars but for this.
We went in to start a business account and Michela Armato-Barone helped us immediately. She was very accommodating, explained the whole process and was very pleasant to work with. During our time, an angry, rude client walked in causing a scene, even walked into the office we were in and interrupted our session. The problem he was having wasn't the banks issue or anything they could help with, it was an insurance issue. His demeanor made everyone uncomfortable, however, Michela handled the whole situation very well and shut him down professionally and quickly. You can tell she really cares about the customers, her workers and her job. Seems like a lot of negative comments are based on things the workers don't have the authority to do. I overheard many workers who were nothing but polite and our experience was above and beyond. This is our first business account and it was the best experience we could ask for. I feel really bad for the workers who had to deal with that guy who was a complete jerk and anyone else who is similar. Thanks so much for all your help.
