PNC Bank reviews
6Employee assume I knew this was a digital back it’s ridículos that they would do something like this in a area that needs to do actual bank transactions
Per Google listing has the bank open on Friday's until 6. Guided my mother to their location and she got there at 5: 30. Turns out this bank does not have tellers and forces everyone to use ATM instead. This was a deposit for my mom's work. She doesn't have a card. She was told they couldn't help her and to try another location. Terrible customer service. I will never use this company.
This branch of PNC never ever answer their phone. Just a silent and let customers hold on the phone forever, no one answered the phone, I called almost every week all different time. This PNC branch in Hunter Creek need need new management. Bad location. PNC need attention for this location.
Small branch, very clean, with friendly staff always willing to help. I was helped by Martha! She is amazing! I highly recommend it.
Made a 10 am appointment and received a confirmation. When I arrived, I sat for about 10 minutes before a woman came to speak with me. I told her I had a 10am appointment which she left to confirm. She told me it was with another woman at the branch, but that woman was with a customer and would be with me shortly. She then went to sit in her office and do nothing of any consequence to help others waiting for assistance at the branch.
I sat another 40 minutes before the only woman doing any work, outside of two very busy tellers, was able to see me. I was there to deposit an insurance check, which I have attemted 3 prior times at another branch. Each time there has been either something wrong with the time of day, or an issue on the check that needed correcting, and today was no different. A detail on the check, which has existed across two prior iterations of the check and been seen by 2 other branch workers, would cause it to bounce and required it to be reissued. When I asked why no one mentioned this detail before, as I had been given other details my insurance company needed to change, she responded with, "I don't know. "
The best part of this, had the first woman offered to help while I was sitting there and she was not doing anything at all, I could've at least saved 40 minutes of waiting, and just been turned away again immediately, but that was not the case. She chose, instead, to fully waste my time, which added insult to the entire experience.
While there isn't anything I can do about moving my mortgage without refinancing and taking an absolute beating on my interest rate, I can certainly do something about my checking, savings, and credit card accounts. I'll be taking my voluntary business elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same.
