7Worst PNC branch i have ever encountered. One simple transaction took 30 minutes. What is going on PNC? You are better than this.
They rescheduled two appointments just to open an account & came up with countless excuses not to serve me. What a horrible way to treat customers. The corporate headquarters needs to be alerted about this immediately.
Worse customer service, they never call back and not Profecional. Horrible business bank. They don’t want to work or help business customers.
Kenty jacquet is rude and about worthless when come to customer service lack of responding and helping customers.she more concerned to walk around drinking her coffee instead of helping customers. When she does finally help customers her coffee comes first still.why Pnc keeps someone at this branch on staff is not a good reflection onto PNC.
I have found she makes such a bad example that other staff are following her bad work ethic.she works at Florida

The way they treat their customers is disgusting. Most of the positive reviews are from years ago.
I went to the bank with no expectations after reading the reviews, however I had a great experience, the teller, who was ver busy took the time to ask me what I was looking for while helping other customer. I told her that I was looking for information about mortgages. She told me to wait for a banker, I waited for a few minutes, Pat came and was very helpful, to make te story short, I walked with a pre qualification letter when I left the bank. The loan officer was also very nice but it was thanks to Pat that I got the information and the letter. By the way I don’t have an account with PNC bank and they did all this work for me!
This PNC Bank location has the (WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE) & some employees are very Unprofessional & are Uneducated about their own banking policies.
I enjoy banking with PNC but this location really needs to improve their customer service skills & the way they interact with customers!
