PODS Moving & Storage, Fort Myers FL

Supposed to have received my pod today and yet nothing has come. And now I’m delayed in my moving process

The PODS showed up when and where I needed them. They were clean and in working order. I had movers not recommended by PODS fill the containers with our goods that we packed. PODS was efficient and met every time hack we had. Storage at our new location was seamless. Delivery to our new house was great. The drivers are all friendly and want to do right for you.

On time very, very easy to work, Jeff G was polite, friendly and very professional. I will use them again if I ever move again.

Great deal the guy that picked up the POD was very friendly and professional. Much better experience compared to the lady that set it, acted like it was too hard to place it. I had to show her the measurements to prove it would fit maybe a training issue. Overall Great deal thanks for the help it was helpful with our cleanup and rehab of my Mom's place.

Jeff G did a great job of delivering the pod and explaining the process. However it was difficult to communicate with the offshore team over the phone and we had to resort to the chat feature.

POD arrived exactly at the time I was told, every single time. A bit expensive, but was worth the great service provided.

Jeff G.dropped off our POD this morning. He was great! He called me to let me know he was 10 minutes out, set up the POD in our driveway, then quickly went over some easy tips & suggestions when loading it up and locking the POD. He made the entire process super simple. Thanks, Jeff!

Everything went really well. All the employees and drivers were friendly, professional, and just all around awesome. So far we have only found minimal damage that was to be expected with a long distance move. Their billing is confusing, but that is the only downside. Everything else went great!
