Very easy to use, no hidden charges, delivery and pick-up within the time promised. Container was in great shape. All in all, a very seamless experience. Will use next time I need temporary storage.

I cannot get any details online without signing in giving my name, email, address, and phone info. If I was able to obtain costs, etc.then I wouldI happily give my info. I have so much spam on my phone, I do not want to give out info. I have been scammed by Walmart sponsored sites for over $1000 and it repeats every month. Total scam! After, they have the nerve to report to credit agencies to make themselves look legit and no reimbursement through credit cards.

Perfect Service! Super easy to change pick up and drop off days with a quick text. Wouldn't think of using any other service.

I see we are not the only ones. My son was moving from the NE to FL with his family PODS screwed up the order from the very beginning. They arrived to drop off the POD but since the driver had a hard time parking the POD he drove off and somehow the Dropoff was completely Cancelled. No one from the call center had answers, they had to create multiple cases for someone to call back, which never did. The $300 parking permit expired. Finally, they delivered the POD on the Move Out Day. They had to rush to move their belongings from 2nd floor. They had to sleep in vehicle rental because they were told a POD would be picked up the next day. It never got picked up. They had to purchase a 2nd Parking permit $300. They had to leave the POD unattended over a week. After 2 months, They are still investigating the case. There are many incidental costs, including extra days of vehicle rental due to their mismanagement that they have not acknowledged and offered no concessions.
Will never use or recommend again. Stay away!

What a great idea! They made my move so easy! Quick and easy for sure. I would recommend them to anyone moving! It is the easiest thing to do.

Moved from Maryland to Florida, almost $2,800.00. That was fine, then had my stuff stored for a month which was another $340.00. Also fine. Paid in full up front, was told that I didn't pay in full, had to be reimbursed the first time for an almost $500.00 charge, thank goodness I had it in the bank. Then I had my POD picked up and was charged another $200.00, which was paid already. It has been almost a week and still have not been credited back. Only a few glasses broke, not too bad. Employees were very nice, hoping my issue gets resolved. Not a terrible experience, but them charging your card multiple times after being paid in full, wouldn't use them again.

The delivery and pick up went fine. Website not user friendly.
Cannot get someone on the phone without waiting hours or getting a callback. The phone prompt says you can get all your anwers on the website. No, you can't!

This company ripped my mother off for $840 and demanded the payment. My mom had to hire movers last minute and get us a hotel because PODS did not deliver our belongings and we had nowhere to sleep. Now my mom has had to hire an attorney to help fight for the money that PODS cost her.

I’d stay away from this company in particular. You are just a payment in their book!

The drivers were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous at all times and levels during delivery time and pick up times. And had called me to let me know their EVA'S.

It is impossible to talk with a manager with these people. I have had an issue with my pods acct that I can't get corrected. Locked out of my acct and reps don't correct or deal with my justifiable complaints like the fact the initial rep sold me 2xs the space I needed for a one bedroom condo.

SCAM COMPANY. Don’t believe QUOTE and don’t rely on them.
My service experience w/= ‘PODS STORAGE’, aka THE COMPETITION or 1000lb gorilla of the mobile storage container industry:
(I gave them a 10 day prior notice and I pre-paid, but after showing up they said there was a stop sign in the way, so they would have to come back later after we quote handled the removal of the stop sign so the truck could get through“… so of course being the day before our team what is the fly end for the renovation, I paid for someone to come remove the sign, and waited for them[i.e. PODS Truck driver] to deliver the 20ft container… well this jerk never showed up… AS IT TURNS OUT, The manager of the local ‘Pods storage business’ LITERALLY DECIDED IT WAS TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE to DELIVER a STORAGE CONTAINER Behind our Retail Location, SO he CANCELLED the Order without a word—or CALL, or EMAIL, or TEXT MESSAGE… he just pulled a Miami special & left us Twisting in the breeze… NOT BEFORE ASSESSING A CANCELLATION FEE however… these guys are absolute clowns, and though they are the most widely known container storage company, I highly recommend you go with somebody else!)

Unlike other location, the guys at Fort Lauderdale did an amazing job. They came on time, and were extremely skilled moving when positioning the pods on my driveway.
