PODS Moving & Storage, Orlando FL

Absolute garbage. Nothing goes according to plan and PODs couldn't care less. Their service is over priced and their service is horrendously subpar. The additional expenses of having to reschedule moving help and take additional days off from work to account for PODs mistakes is unacceptable and created additional expenses.

If I could give no stars I would. I was completely lied to. My items was damaged. From water getting into your storage You did not want to work with me and then you lied to me a second time on the phone

This is a great service, not only for storage while you remodel but also for moving. You do it at your own pace and call PODS when you are ready

I was terrified to use this service given the reviews, the cost, and risk you take entrusting all of your belongings to strangers. Fortunately, it ended up being well worth the price and I was very impressed with the service I received. I worry a lot about moving, especially during busy periods at work when I am truly threading the needle with timing. PODS helped me schedule my move at the perfect time, did a next day pickup after drop off (usually they have to leave it two days), and they showed up early for both drop-off and pickup. I had to change some aspects of the final leg delivery and they went out of their way to explain my options and helped me find something that worked. I would definitely move with PODS again!

My daughter rented a pod to move out of state. The drop off, pickup, storage, drop off at new location and pick up was perfect! Everything was on schedule, and the updates provided put everyone at ease. The whole experience and cost was amazing.

Excellent service from the first contact to the end. If I had to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. The treatment, empathy, courtesy, and professionalism of everyone was extraordinary.

Someone answer your franken phone! We are here and nobody answers. The 3rd party movers the pod people hired ruined everything!

Pods was a easy and convenient service which allowed me to store my belongings until I was ready to receive them in my new home. They worked with my schedule. The Drivers were excellent, professional and courteous. The only issue: they need more Customer Service people to answer calls. I would definitely recommend and they are much less expensive than Pack Rat.

Convenient for loading moving boxes as I packed them. Wish there were more tie downs/linking points within the pod, there are only about 3 on each side of a 16 foot container. Everything shifted enroute, blocking the door, like a cascade of boxes. It took an hour of removing items through a crack at the bottom of the door before we had cleared enough to open it and begin truly unloading.

Easy to reach, communicate with. Positive, professional, enthusiastic-whether on phone or delivery person. Great team and easy product to use. My second time for another renovation project.

Today they had to pick up the POD, the driver came before the estimated pickup time and did not call the registered phone numbers and now they want to add an extra fee, which is lacking in seriousness and I called customer service and there is no no one diligent to solve! It was a good option but with these tricks to get more money from the client and say that the call was not answered, I will not hire them again or recommend them, there is no way to speak directly with Orlando storage, they only transfer the call from one place to another.another and now they decide to look for the container when they want on dates that cannot be guaranteed that the space is available since this is a complex and the area is not reserved!

This is reference to your 2 Pod driver's Alby and Ashley in your Orlando terminal. Just to recognize the both of them. Unless you want them to show up when they are not scheduled and refuse to show up when they are scheduled, then act like it's your problem as the customer, that they cannot fulfill their end of an agreement and show up as scheduled. Don't choose PODS!

Building a new home and delays are going to happen. PODS was very gracious with me having to keep changing dates and I had 2 of their largest containers. Just look at the inside first. I had one older container. Didn't seem as sturdy and leek proof as the newer ones. I wanted to return it for a better one, but hubby thought it would be ok. Actually, don't know if they would.
Other than that, I've used PODS to move and store 2 times now. Happy with them.

I contacted Pods and was given a quote with a final price and a timeline for delivery.
Once my items were in transit I was told it will take a week longer thatn what I was quoted and there was nothing that could be done to honor the quoted time line. I was then overcharged $1438.21 and was contacted about picking up the pod over the phone. Due to late delivery my window was close to the one month rent but I was told over the phone I would still be within the one month rental when it would picked up. After several emails and hours on the phone I was refunded $1438.21. Now I am being charged $412.47 for a second month rent I had it upacked in 2 hours and contacted them several times to pick it up sooner than scheduled date. It was picked up on scheduled date there is also a $195.28 charge that I am not sure what its for. Pods refused to reverse the charges so I am trying to warn others of there criminal business practices.

I used PODs to move from Pittsburgh to Tucson 5 years ago and it was great. Just finished a move with PODs from Tucson to Orlando, and it was awful. Like dealing with a different company from start to finish. If I ever move again it will be with a competitor.

Horrible customer service and overpriced but the drivers are great. Would not use again.
